We loved our two-week stay in the Pemaquid cottage. It has every amenity we could want.
This house is both private and close to the spots we love, from the lighthouse to Long Cove and the New Harbor square. The cottage met or exceeded our expectations.
Very Thoughtful Owners!
I couldn't be happier with the rental. I was up for a wedding from Boston. This property's centralized location made it convenient to get around the point. The cottage is very nice inside, with a good size living and bedroom as well as bathroom. There were a lot of personal touches throughout the unit from the owners in order to improve my quality of stay and it did not go unnoticed. They had a few provisions for when you first arrive as well as other nice touches throughout the space. Stocked ice and cold mugs in the freezer, extra towels including beach towels, full laundry, and a iron and ironing board which I put to good use.
The owners communication throughout the whole process was also top notch. I did not arrive until late on Friday night and he made arrangements so that I could access the unit whenever I arrived which worked out flawlessly. I appreciate the owner's communication throughout this entire process. It gave me piece of mind. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area and I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling this way.
