A private large patio leads off from the lounge equipped with patio table, chairs & 2 sun loungers with citrus trees providing a tranquil environment. For extra comfort a freestanding fan is provided in the lounge with two high quality ceiling fans installed in both bedrooms. The complex benefits from 4 communal swimming pools, a feature being a 3 metre waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool, plus a children's splash pool. Sun loungers, pool showers and jacuzzi are provided.

Great Family Holiday
Lovely family holiday. House was clean spacious, as described and welcoming.
Vivienne was great to deal with from beginning to end answering lots of questions before we booked. Directions and keys were great and as described as we arrived late the keys were in the safe on the wall. Parking is straight outside as well so no hauling cases!
The house is well equipped with good full Sky TV, great WiFi (essential for kids) and full kitchen. The air con in all rooms was a godsend on hot days and worked really well.
The garden was a perfect sun trap from morning to around 5pm with sunbeds and table which we used most days. The shared pool is fantastic and not cold, in fact we had it to ourselves on a couple of days and always found sun loungers. Plus the jacuzzi seats were great!
The house was very comfortable, quiet, no noisy neighbours or road noise!
2 bedrooms upstairs also meant we could relax in the evenings and watch a movie or sit outside and not worry about disturbing the little one.
There is no housekeeping during the stay but that suited us and plenty of towels and linens are available and can be washed and dried in a day.
The walk to town is 15-20mins, pretty flat and good pavements it's 8 euros for a taxi.
The area is perfect good restaurants, promenade and shopping mall.
As a family of 3 with a 5 year old we found Paphos great. Play areas in some restaurants, soft play at the mall and great historical sights to explore. We hired a car and travelled to better beaches, but you can get buses to explore or use excursions with taxi firms like Andy's Taxis who were very good.
Overall we would hesitate to stay again and recommend this house and Vivienne as a host!
The house was a little to far out of town, approx 1.5 miles to the harbour and approx1 mile from the old town. There are busses that run very close to the house so there is no need to walk all the time. Overall we did have a lovely time in Paphos.
Town House in Iris Gdns
Vivienne and David couldn’t have done more to ensure that my stay in their town house would run as smoothly as possible. The house is nicely furnished with 2 large roomy bedrooms both with brilliant silent ceiling fans and A/C. I didn’t ever feel I needed the A/C as the fans were quite sufficient.
The house is conveniently situated away from any noise that might be generated from the swimming pools, but close enough to have easy and quick access the pool area. The rear patio gets the morning sun and is a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast .
I particularly enjoyed the wide range of English TV stations that I could watch most evenings and having an extra shower room was a big help when a friend arrived to stay with me. I really appreciated the “tissue friendly “ toilets (by no means a given thing in most rentals)
Sid and Sheena (3 doors down) were a great help when I had problems with the TV and Sid had it fixed in no time.
The house is within easy walking distance of a small supermarket and the new Paphos Mall with a large supermarket and all the shops you could want is a further 15 min walk. It’s a slightly longer walk to the harbour with its cafe, restaurants and shops, but there are local buses and the fare is very cheap.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this property and wouldn’t hesitate to re book if I were to return to Paphos.
Lovely 2 bed townhouse nice and quiet.
If you just want to get away for a week this is such an ideal place to stay. There are 2 large swimming pools just a 30 second walk away. We did a mixture of walking and hired a car for 5 days (best to book online). The weather was hot and sunny, sometimes cloudy but much needed at times! Vivienne has always been in contact just before our holiday and kindly arranged taxi transfer via her neighbors from Paphos airport to the house. The air conditioning was brilliant. We made a couple of trips to the north west of the island to Latchi and spent some time in the troodos mountains and also visited Omodos village. We have both enjoyed our stay here at the townhouse and exploring Cyprus.
Really pleased that Pauline enjoyed her first visit to Cyprus and that the house met her expectations. Trust we will welcome her back again in the near future.

Wonderful Stay in Paphos
The property was lovely, and met all expectations. Vivienne was extraordinarily helpful in providing advice and assistance in making the most of the stay. If you wish to walk most places (the harbour and other areas are 20 mins walk) you certainly can. Andy Taxi as recommended by Vivienne was excellent and highly recommended for forays to local restaurants at night. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property.
This fantastic townhouse is ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Kato Paphos and is within walking distance of Paphos harbour with all its entertainment, local shops, bars and restaurants. The old town is a 10 min drive away. The airport is 20 mins drive. Tomb of the Kings with its mosaics and sites of historic interest are approx 10-15mins away by foot. There are 3 golf courses within approx 30mins drive. Go-karting, crazy golf & water park are also 10 mins drive away. A variety of beaches around the Paphos area with a range of water sport activities.
A security deposit will be required of £100 and will be returned on conclusion of the rental. Rental periods for longer than a week prices are negotiable.
