This fully air-conditioned townhouse lies within a quiet & secure complex. It is built and furnished to a high standard with 2 double bedrooms and will easily accommodate 5 people. There is a shower room/toilet downstairs with full bathroom & shower upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron & all crockery & glasses. The dining area has 2 sofas (one being a sofa bed), dining table & chairs, Flat screen TV with access to UK channels, films & more via WIFI box . A private patio leads off from the lounge equipped with patio table, chairs & 2 sun loungers and barbecue, with citrus trees providing a tranquil environment. For extra comfort a freestanding fan is provided in the lounge with two high quality ceiling fans installed in both bedrooms. The complex benefits from 4 communal swimming pools, a feature being a 3 metre waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool, plus a children's splash pool. Sun loungers, pool showers and jacuzzi are provided.
We stayed in this property for two months, January and February 2012, and we were delighted with it. Upstairs the property has two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space, plus a bathroom with shower over. Downstairs is open plan, with the kitchen area well equipped with toaster, microwave and plenty of crockery etc; another shower room and toilet, and the living area (which could be used for extra sleeping if needed). Outside the patio is lovely, great for dining al fresco with table, chairs and bbq. There are also a couple of sun beds. The swimming pools are well maintained and very clean, although being winter we didn't utilise them!
From the house it was only a 15 minute walk to the seafront where there are numerous cafes and restaurants. Well stocked supermarkets are about the same distance, but there are plenty of kiosks located closer, selling papers, milk, bread etc.
The bus service is excellent, 2 euros gets you a day ticket where you can jump on and off the bus as many times as you like. 1 euro pays for a single journey. The buses are plentiful, especially along the seafront, also very clean.
The owner of the property corresponded by email and we found her to be very helpful and friendly, as were the neighbours who gave us plenty of info about the local area.
We would recommend this property to friends and family and we will probably return in the future.
The property was lovely, and met all expectations. Vivienne was extraordinarily helpful in providing advice and assistance in making the most of the stay. If you wish to walk most places (the harbour and other areas are 20 mins walk) you certainly can. Andy Taxi as recommended by Vivienne was excellent and highly recommended for forays to local restaurants at night. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property.
We have stayed at the apartment and had great holidays. The owners are friendly and the apartment was clean. The apartment is situated in a quiet and close area where we just love to chill out and relax. Near apartment is located big swimming pool. A car is recommended only if you like to visit other areas around. I can recommend this villa to anyone and it is particularly suitable for families.
A charming 2 bed town house. The house itself is obviously kept with great care. The pool facilities are brilliant. Access to free wifi is an added bonus to keep in touch with family and friends. My husband and myself had a great vacation, and only wished we could have stayed longer.
Vivienne was brilliant to deal with, and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.
The house is close to several restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend Fat Momma's for a night out.
The harbour which is beautiful at night is close by.

We stayed at the apartment during the last week of August and had a lovely time.
Vivienne was helpful with all our pre-booking enquiries and when we arrived, the apartment didn't disappoint. It's well maintained, well proportioned and has access to super pools. There is everything one needs for a holiday; kitchen utensils, appliances, bed linen, towels, music system and TV (with few DVD's).
The apartment is located in a quiet area, approx 25 mins walk to the harbour and there is a bus-stop (to the harbour) about 10 mins from the apartment. It's a pleasant walk when the heat / sun isn't intense. We managed our stay with a mix of walk, bus and taxi - did not hire a car (though we did notice plenty of car park space so assume parking would not be an issue).
Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment.
Vivienne has a few representatives / friends who live nearby and they are very friendly and helpful in case you need any assistance.
We had a wonderful holiday in Pafos and pleased with the house.
It is big and very comfortable, there is all you need. In the first floor - kitchen, living room, terrase with garden furniture and a small bathroom. In the second floor - two bedrooms and big bathroom.
Nearest supermarket is 10 min. If your travel by child you need a car to go to the beach.
The swimming pools is big, my child like it very mutch.
Vivienne help us to organiz transfer and purchase of products.

My husband and I paid our 2nd visit to the property and enjoyed this visit just as much as our first in 2011. We had rented the property for 3 months but due to a family bereavement we had to return after 2 months to Scotland.
The property is still in good condition and all facilities in excellent working order.
Our neighbours were friendly and helpful especially Sheena,Sid,Jean and Gary just as they were last year.
In April the pool was cold but by May had warmed up considerably and was well used. We did have a slight problem with Sky TV but the owners once alerted to this have quickly rectified the problem I am told.
We still find this property excellent value and is walkable to all facilities to the tourist area at the harbour. Food costs are slightly up this year but this is a global concern.
We have no hesitation in recommending this particular property and hope to return in the near future to Pafos.
This fantastic townhouse is ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Kato Paphos and is within walking distance of Paphos harbour with all its entertainment, local shops, bars and restaurants. The old town is a 10 min drive away. The airport is 20 mins drive. Tomb of the Kings with its mosaics and sites of historic interest are approx 10-15mins away by foot. There are 3 golf courses within approx 30mins drive. Go-karting, crazy golf & water park are also 10 mins drive away. A variety of beaches around the Paphos area with a range of water sport activities.
