The house was amazing but the pool was even better! I would move into this house. We absolutely loved it.
Great outdoor space
The outdoor space is fabulous, pool and jacuzzi is perfect and grounds are well kept. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Communication with the owner was easy. The kitchen could use a little refresher. Simple fixes like the bottom of the stove was falling apart and some small appliances seemed old and dirty. These small negatives really didn’t take away from the stay, we had a wonderful time. The backyard is definitely the highlight of the property.
Could've been better
The house and the neighborhood was cute, but there were a lot of things that could've use improving. When we arrived the house and isn't wasn't cleaned. When we contact management she sent a housekeeper who took about 2 hours cleaning the place while we were in it. Also little things throughout the house were broke, dirty or just old. You could tell it was just a rental property and not well taken care of.
A solid 4
First, the property managers were very attentive. An issue with the pool heater was addressed and remedied within the same day. Thank you for that. However, I cannot give this property a 5-star rating as many others have done. The pluses are location and pool. The house, however, is tired. Perhaps my expectations were too high. The kitchen is very nicely stocked. You will need to bring a sharp knife if you are hoping to cook a lot. I'm sure these properties get a work out with all the visitors who come to Palm Springs. However, some paint, caulk, better linens would go a long way here. Tattered pool towels were replaced during our stay. Everything was in good working order: AC, washer and dryer, etc...While the mattresses are new and comfortable, the beds are platform and very low to the ground...keep that in mind. All in all, a good stay...just not five stars.
A very comfortable stay
I recently rented this home for five nights. It is fully appointed and very well maintained and managed. The property is spacious and comfortable with a wall of windows in the main living area. The yard is fully enclosed with a privacy wall, fabulous pool and great landscaping. The house is convenient to everything. I highly recommend.
Very Charming House, Perfect Palm Springs Getaway
Spent two nights in this house over Presidents Day Weekend. Palm Springs had flash floods but the house management was very helpful in getting us to the destination. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Additionally the place is very well located, all of the main spots we wanted to hit were never more than 5-10 minutes away, would definitely recommend.
My home is in the historic Racquet Club Estates -- the Alexander company's model mid-century neighborhood.
It is very close to downtown Palm Springs where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops, art galleries, the Palm Springs Art Museum and golf courses. It is less than a block from Victoria park for your children's enjoyment.
