Come and relax after a busy day of sightseeing, rafting, hiking, biking, or golfing. This clean and comfortable unit with amenities will add to your vacation experience in Moab.
The home is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipped with paper towels, dish soap, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, bakeware, and common cooking tools. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, pool towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, and extra linens.
Each bedroom has it's own television!
Wifi is provided.
The 2 car garage will allow you a safe place to store your bikes, jeeps, hot rod, or golf clubs.
The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal mountains and the red rock rims, as well as a gas BBQ grill.
The community pool and hot tub are open from March 24th through mid October. The tennis, basketball court, and playground are open year around.

The townhome is located 5 miles south of downtown Moab. The entrance to Arches National Park is 10 minutes from the townhome and the entrance to Canyonlands National Park is 30 minutes.

Refund, less credit card fees, will be given if you cancel at least 45 days prior to your arrival date. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit and a refund will be given if the unit is re-rented.
