About Patrick Pecorilli
Born and raised in Montreal. Have travelled to every World Cup and European Cup soccer (football ) tournament in last 15 years. Happily married with 2 teenage daughters. Avid softball player . Looking forward to having you discover the most beautifull city in North America. Maui, Capetown, Cinque Terre, San Francisco and Rome are my favorite 5 cities I have visited. Shawshank Redemption is a movie I can watch over and over.
Patrick Pecorilli purchased this Apartment in 2015
Why Patrick Pecorilli chose Cité Multimedia
I chose to buy this complex, because I have always loved what the Old Port has to offer. My kids will soon be heading off the University downtown and the plan is to have them and my wife and me each occupy one of the condos while renting out the other ones.
What makes this Apartment unique

Super spot in historic Montreal!
Fantastic location for sightseeing! Comfortably fit our family of 7.
Ant problem on the lower level
Unfortunately the lower level had an ant problem during our stay. They appeared to be living in the gray wall. My daughter slept in the smaller room and woke up to see bugs crawling on the wall and a couple in the bed. We had two teenage girls in the lower level, so we had to move them upstairs and they had to sleep on the couch. We are not talking just a few bugs. I saw about 15 when I went down to do the laundry.
This was the first time a guest informed us of the situation. We immediately sprayed for ants and then put some ant traps. Since that day we have never received a complaint about ants. I'd like to say that for the year prior to this guest we also never had any complaints about ants either.
Location location location
The location was amazing within walking distance to many worthwhile attractions such as Bota Bota, Notre Dame and close to many restaurants and shops. The upstairs was lovely but we found the basement a bit dark and the one bedroom with no windows claustrophobic. The bathroom lighting was very dim so for women who want to do make up it made it a bit difficult. We also had to ask for more toilet paper twice!!The owner was great in responding right away to questions and provided us a place to store our luggage after check out. Overall a great stay!!
Thank you Tracy for the feedback and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. On the toilet paper issue, we leave 8 large (Costco) rolls for a stay of your length. Usually 4 to 6 remain after our guests leave. You went through 14 rolls. Leaving a comment on the toilet paper is a bit harsh!!!
Great location, comfortable place, great host
We (family of four) came for a long weekend in Feb and really enjoyed Montreal! Patrick's place is in a great location in Old Montreal and we walked everywhere, including restaurants, museums, Notre Dame and the waterfront. The apartment is comfortable and has plenty of room. Patrick was one of the best hosts I've rented from, very responsive, flexible and checking in. There were a few minor quirks that kept me from rating 5 stars - the master upstairs is somewhat open to the rest of the floor and therefore not totally private, it was hard to figure out the thermostats (maybe include in the home manual?) and there were lights out in one of the bathrooms. Overall, it was a very good stay and we would definitely recommend staying here!
Wonderful! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4.
We spent 3 days in Montreal and used Patrick’s apartment as our base. The location was perfect. It’s within Old Montreal, close to the metro, underground city, and near some great restaurants. We had a great time!
Excellent location to the venues we wanted to visit. Patrick and Steve were very accommodating.
Lots of room. Suite was clean and comfortable. Easy access on a quiet street, yet very central to many very good restaurants and historical sites.
