2 Bedroom & Loft & 2.25 Bath, Pet Friendly Townhome located in town and near to the Sierra Star Golf Course.

INTERNET: Upgraded high-speed internet! (17 mps download speed)

SLEEPING: Sleeps up to 8. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the loft has a bunk bed and 2 twin beds.

LIVING AREA: This unit has mountain views from the livingroom and 1500 sq. ft. of living space. The living room has a sofa, love seat, and recliner. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people.

ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 40in flat panel LCD TV, blu-ray player, surround sound, and free streaming movies in the living room. We also have a Xbox 360 and games for all ages. There are TVs and DVD/VCR players in the bedrooms and loft, as well as both wireless & wired internet connection. This unit has movies, puzzles, games, air hockey table, and a game system for the kids.

LAYOUT: This is a three-level townhouse with the entrance on the first floor. The first floor has both bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen) and one full bath, the second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2nd full bath, and the third floor is the loft (with a bunk bed and 2 single beds), which is open in to the living room by a half wall.

KITCHEN: The unit has a well-equipped kitchen with a nice layout. We love to cook and keep everything you need for making great meals. There is a brand new convection range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, and coffee maker. We also keep a cabinet stocked with the basic supplies for cooking including flour, sugar, salt, pepper, baking powder, baking soda, and lots of spices.

DECK: There is a nice deck off the livingroom with a gas BBQ (available in spring, summer, and fall) and a teak table and 4 chairs. It is a great place to hang out in the summer.

PARKING: There is plenty of on site parking right outside the unit.

SWIMMING: The complex has a hot tub, swimming pool, and a sauna.

LAUNDRY: There is a small stacking washer/dryer in the unit as well as a full laundry room in the condo complex.

PETS: We allow dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies) for a small additional fee of $50. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring your dog.

CLEANING: The townhouse is professionally cleaned after every stay. We have the cleaning company do a deep cleaning every fall where the place is cleaned from top to bottom, all of the furniture is moved and vacuumed underneath, the hard to reach places are dusted, the windowed are washed, the dishes in the cabinets are moved and cleaned, and all of the comforters and blankets are taken to the dry cleaners. We also get the carpets steam cleaned every fall and spring.

SAFETY: There are four smoke detectors in the condo, including one in each sleeping area, and the batteries are replaced every year. There is a CO2 detector in the living area and a fire extinguisher mounted on the wall of the kitchen. You can exit the condo from the front door, the 2nd floor deck, or using the metal escape ladder in the loft.

LEGAL: This is a completely legal rental unit. It is within the areas of Mammoth Lakes that permits short term rentals. We use only licensed contractors for all repair work. And we collect and pay all required taxes, which supports the services in Mammoth Lakes.

My family, which includes my wife and two kids (pictured above), all love to ski and board. We live in Los Angeles and come up to Mammoth whenever we can. We have grown quite fond of Mammoth in the summer as well when we discovered how great it is up there in the summer.

We chose this property because it is in a gorgeous complex with lots of mature trees, the unit has a great layout with lots of space, and the complex is in a great location near the center of town and right on the shuttle route.

What makes this townhome unique

We love to cook and our place is fully equipped for those people that like to cook. We keep a cabinet available for use by renters with all of the basics, including flour, sugar, oil, and spices.

Welcoming condo for family weekend

The condo was well-equipped and comfortable. We were glad to be able to bring our two older labradors with us and thought the condo was perfect for hanging out with family. Nice art work, and comfy beds. Kitchen convenient and well stocked.

The only disappointment (not the owner's fault) was that the community spa was only heated 4pm-11pm and the sauna was unusable because the lights were burnt out.

Owner's Response: Great to hear you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry you were disappointed by the hot tub hours. The hot tub is only heated in the afternoon and evening to save energy. I asked the property manager to check the sauna and he found that the lights are working fine. I think you just missed the light switch to turn them on. The great thing about this complex is that we have an onsite property manager and he can deal with any issues that come up right away.

Clean property, close to shopping and lifts

We stayed with another family and the place was great. There were 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Everyone was comfortable. The condo was very clean. It was .4 miles from the Vons shopping center with quite a few restaurant options, movie theatre and bowling alley for off mountain activities. It was also about a mile from the lifts which was very convenient. The owner was very responsive and helped find my daughters ipod touch which was lost under a chair. I hope this place is available for our next stay, it will be our 1st choice.

Great trip!

This place was perfect for our mini winter vacation! Everything we needed was there and ready to use. It was in the perfect location to run some errands and a short trip to the village for snowboarding! I highly recommend this place!

the property manager was helpful when I did not know what to do with the key system.

I have recommended this property to friends as a highly desirable location close to the #5 shuttle stop and to town.

It was a great place to stay enjoyed it very much.

Really enjoyed our stay at the dog friendly Condo for a Friendsgiving. Everyone thought I did a great job booking the the place. Ample room for 7 people. The distance to the red line was a perk I overlooked and glad we realized it was there when we arrived. We got to play with our dogs in the wide open space behind the condo complex. Overall it was a good place with plenty of wood to burn, Xbox 360 and that darn Sonic the hedgehog game I don't know how kids play. Thank you guys if Mammoth the resort got their act together we would have enjoyed the slopes more too.

It does stop at the corner of the Woodlands complex and it great for getting to and from the slopes since it stops at both The Village and the Main Lodge. Our kids use if often since they have their own schedule. I hope you and your friends will come stay with us again.

Cozy condo with room for everybody

My husband, myself and our dog stayed for a delightful week in this cozy, yet roomy condo. We ate in every morning and evening and had all the appliances and cookware needed for meal prep and serving. Although we didn't need the extra space, there was plenty of room for a large family to enjoy, including a separate kid space in the loft and two separate bedrooms for adults. We came for the fall leaf change and were not disappointed. The colors were breathtaking. We hiked most days we were there and still have other places to hike to on our next visit. In the evening we unwound with wine and watched something on Netflix. My husband loved napping in the comfy recliner. The bed was very comfortable and the sink in the master bedroom and one in the adjoining bathroom gave us each a place to get ready, etc. The condo is within walking distance of a grocery and eateries. We hope to return with our son and his family when the boys get a little older.
