Why John or Pamela Sackmann chose Front Range Colorado

We fell in love with this area of Colorado while visiting in the summer of 2008, and after a few years of searching, found this home. There is so much to do here, that even though we visit as often as possible, there is still much to explore!

What makes this house unique

The views from the home are just beautiful. Even though there are so many activities to choose from, we also love just relaxing at the house and enjoying the mountains.

Wonderful home & beautiful view

We had an awesome experience. The home has all the amenities plus more for a comfortable stay. John and Pamela were great at communicating with us when needed. We would go back again!

Peaceful and Beautiful

  • 5 of 5

We just spent a long weekend here, and plan to return. The hiking in the area is amazing- even walking around this mountain neighborhood offers spectacular mountain views. Kathmandu in Nederland has a great lunch buffet, and a fun downtown area to explore. In April and May you can hike in a T-shirt one day, and ski at A-Basin the next. Can't wait to come back and explore!

Stargazing from a hot tub

  • 5 of 5

Just finished a 5 day stay at this home and it was a perfect mountain get-a-way. The house was well appointed and comfortable and the outside amenities like the hot-tub, firepit and horseshoes were all fun diversions. The only tricky things are the drive up as the roads are far steeper than I'm used to where I'm from and the learning curve for the shower. Be sure to follow their directions for both and you'll be fine. This place definitely lends itself to activities in the mountains and is not real convenient if you plan to travel back and forth to Boulder or Denver. Nederland is a great place to stop in for a morning coffee on your way to RMNP though!

Breathtaking mountain views and cozy home!

  • 5 of 5

This place is absolutely breathtaking! My family and I visited for Labor day weekend last year and could not have been more pleased. The view is incredible, and my son had an absolute blast exploring around the house, starting a fire in the fire pit, and sleeping in the bunk bed (with a mountain view!). The stars are amazing at night and the hot tub was easy to use and a major plus. We could not recommend this place more!

The place is sooo beautiful and me and my wife had an excellent time.

  • 5 of 5

The entire process was easy and the property was gorgeous. If you are staying here I would suggest renting a car with 4x4 especially if it's supposed to snow.
