Great place for vacation
If you are looking for a comfortable, ample apartment in a quiet and beautiful historical Italian village, look no further. This is the place for you. We rented it for one month in May and it was a great decision. Not only it is located within 1 or 2 hours by car or train from Verona, Vicenza, Venice, Padua, Ferrara, Bologna, Ravenna, but is in the center of the Euganean Hills and all its lovely villages.
The apartment is well furnished with antiques and all the rooms, including the kitchen, are large. Our group varied from 3 to 5 people during our stay and we never had a problem of space. The villagers are friendly and most helpful with foreigners. But to us the most important thing of all was the kindness and generosity of the owner and her family: Paola, Tino and Alberto were not only our landlords but our guides, advisers and, by the end of our stay, I am proud to say, our friends. We cannot thank them enough for all their kindness and we welcome them in our home if they ever wish to visit North Carolina.
Arrivederci.
The nicest apartment in Italian village
We stayed in this nice house in the beginning of September and we really enjoyed our stay there. Arqua Petrarca is the best choice for travellers who would like to relax some days in quiet and charming Italian village. The house is very comfortable to stay: there are big sleeping rooms, huge dining room and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is fully equiped with Italian antique furniture and everything you would need during your stay. Ms Paola and her son Alberto were very polite and hospitable. I would like to thank them again for their support and hospitality.
The only thing you should keep in mind before renting this apartment is that it is better to have a car, because the nearest supermarket and train station are about 5 km away from the apartment. Venice, Padova and Verona are less than 1 hour by car or train.
We recommend this apartment to everyone who enjoy relaxing stay in quiet and beautiful place.

Best place in Arqua Petrarca!
Pozdrowienia z Polski!
Regards from Poland!
We visited Ms. Paola and her family in Mai 2012. We spent one week in her beautiful house. It was great time! House is perfect. Huge rooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and beautiful area around. Arqua Petrarca is good place for one day trip. Close to Venice, Padova, Verona and see in Rosolina Mare.
Last day we were invited for a dinner to Ms Paola's home. It was incredible! The best dinner ever. They are really friendly.
We reccomend this place to all.

We arrived in the wonderful charming mediaeval village right in the midst of the Festival of the Giuggiola - a local fruit that produces a very characterful alcoholic drink. The village was abuzz with stalls and action, including a mediaeval band! After the festival the village revealed its wonderful meditative historic side, being the site of the home in which the poet Petrarch died. His house is a really inspiring treasure, not to mention his tomb and the church. Paola and her son Alberto were the most charming and hospitable of hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is indeed a gracious family home right in the middle of the mediaeval village, beautifully and tastefully furnished, and wanting for nothing. We had a perfect stay, whose memories we will treasure forever!

Ciao, Paola, Tino e Alberto.
