Completely refurbished vintage Ketchum house set amongst beautiful old spruce, pine and fir trees:

1. Located five blocks from the center of Ketchum (a five-minute walk)

2. Two minutes to the nearest stop of the free Mountain Rides bus service.

3. Three minute-walk to the YMCA; daily passes available.

4. Three bedrooms; sleeps six in two full-sized beds and two twin beds (see alternate #3 bedroom options below); all linens.

5. Full bath on the main floor, and a half bath on the second floor.

6. Gas forced-air heat.

7. Cast iron gas fireplace in the living room.

8. Cable TV (eighty channels), and wireless Internet.

8. Full kitchen: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, toaster, electric kettle, all pots and pans and cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.

It's extremely clean, decorated beautifully, fully equipped, with everything you need right at hand for a perfect stay. A great bonus is the large basement with a ground-level entry for storing bikes and skis. Best of all, you are NOT in a condo, rather in a private house with a private yard, and plenty of parking. You're within walking distance of everything in downtown Ketchum, and a free bus ride to everywhere else. Owners are really nice to deal with and very welcoming. You'll be glad you chose to stay here!"

Charming cottage, great location!

We had a great time at the Cozy Hideway. The house is charming and clean with great amenities (French press, fireplace, etc....). The location is convenient to everything. There were cookies waiting for us upon arrival and Bill started our mornings with deliveries of warm baked goods. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Loved our stay, very comfy!!

I would definitely recommend this pad and will stay here again. Everything was perfect. It was so cozy.

My husband loved the blueberry scones the owners baked and left on our door step.

2nd summer in a row here

We love this place! Great in-town location (30 paces to Grumpys/ short ride for the kids to go to bike track, YMCA, Big Wood River). The kitchen/bedrooms are fully stocked with everything you need. The owners are over-the-top nice (left basket of fresh baked goods on our door step one morning). I would recommend it for family of 3-5 or 2 couples.

Great way to heal a broken foot!

Thanks for the cozy, easy access, well stocked, great pastries, and close to plenty of activities wonderful roomy cottage island in a sea of condos. Would like to know more about the early Sun Valley history of this property. A true gem of great craftsmanship.

Might have to come back in the winter for some turns on Baldy or a tour on Galena.
