Completely refurbished vintage Ketchum house set amongst beautiful old spruce, pine and fir trees:
1. Located five blocks from the center of Ketchum (a five-minute walk)
2. Two minutes to the nearest stop of the free Mountain Rides bus service.

4. Three bedrooms; sleeps six in two full-sized beds and two twin beds (see alternate bed options below); all linens.

This home was perfect for 3 couples. Bill was very accommodating and welcoming. A few days prior to our visit, he called to check in to see if we needed the two twin beds pushed together as a king bed. I appreciated him anticipating our needs as 3 couples. The house is so cute and cozy and in the perfect location. We were able to walk into town to go to breakfast, dinner, etc. Bill also brought us his wife's fresh basked treats each morning. . .what a pleasant surprise!! She is a tremendous baker. My husband and I visit Ketchum frequently, and I am looking forward to possibly renting this place out again during the winter.
We were overwhelmed by the attention to detail in this home. The owner let us check in early and stay late and was so accommodating. He even brought us fresh home baked goods every morning of our stay! The place was immaculate!! It was also very cozy but had plenty of room to spread out. They provided everything you would normally expect, plus several other extra items that were nice to have on vacation. We were able to easily cook meals at the home since there was ample kitchen space and supplies. The owner was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We simply could not have asked for a better stay! We stay at plenty of vacation rentals, but this was the best by far!!
Quaint cute easy to find and private!! What more can u ask for? The owner was prompt in responding to txt and email very easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. We got fresh pastries every morning and fresh local coffee. Loved our stay in sun valley and having this house as a home base was spectacular. We will definitely stay again and recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for quiet quaint and cozy home away from home;)
Its a lovely house in a great location. Everything works & the decor is top notch. Lots of room, including a full basement. We stored our rented mountain bikes there. Played a great game of washers in the yard. The hosts really go out of there way with fresh baked goods everyday & Lizzie's Coffee & cream in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are nice and the house is quite cozy and comfortable. Shades on the windows would be helpful in the bedrooms, but it wasn't a big deal. There are tons of closets, but the bathrooms are quite small, & only 1 shower. The washcloths, & towels are great too. Easy, close access to the bike path & downtown without needing to go on the main road.
This charming property is perfectly located for both summer and winter fun, expertly managed by the husband & wife team Glenn, completely dialed in when it comes to amenities, style and comfort...all of this and walk-to-town and/or stumble 50 feet to Grumpy's and you have a recipe for as close to perfection as you'll get for this price and size. What else? We loved the yard...an oasis amidst the hustle of Ketchum. Access to the bike path and the coolest YMCA I've ever seen. All of the gear, including an excellent gas grill, to prepare meals at home, comfortable beds, clean, well lit basement with washer/dryer, high speed Internet and on and on. The bathrooms are small (but functional)...so if having a huge bathroom matters to you then this is a consideration. We found it to be no problem at all and certainly no deal breaker. The Glenn's are very responsive and easy to work with. If you choose to rent with them your experience will be completely smooth. Enjoy!
We stayed here over July 4th. The house is in a great location in Ketchum- close to everything. The photos on Vbro are exactly what the charming house looks like. It had absolutely everything we needed! The owner provided us with surprise treats every morning in a basket on the doorstep! We will be back for sure.
