NEW, Spacious, elegant. Two cozy fireplaces in the evening. Large windows in the Kitchen/dining that pick up the morning sun, relaxing with a cup of coffee. Wireless Internet that works very well thruout the entire home.

Awesome house!!!

This house is new, it is very clean and in perfect shape. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, you can get to Main St. Park City in less than 10 min. by car. Would definitely stay in this house again! Thank you!

Truely a Home Away from Home that is Second to None

This truly impressive home starts with Robin Smith who is wonderful to communicate with and makes the rental process seamless.

The home is situated nicely 15 minutes outside Park City which for some makes it pleasant and quite and for others only minutes from the night life.

Our approach to the home is perfectly positioned for easy access, the double car garage is perfect for multiple guests staying. Once you walk into the home you are greeted to a wonderful kitchen including high end appliances, a dining area that welcomes you and a living room that is very warm and inviting. The deck is a great place to end the day with wine or start it off with coffee.

As you navigate the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms you are not disappointed. The layout flows comfortably and the amenities are first class as well as the decorations throughout. Find your way to the family room downstairs and truly enjoy the entertainment.

We are regular VRBO renters from AZ to CO to MT to MI and including UT, this home we will return to.

Wonderful property!

Robin was a breeze to deal with. She made everything very simple and was very receptive to any questions we had. The property is virtually brand new with high end furnishings and appliances throughout. The saltwater hot tub was a treat to come home to after a long day on the slopes. 2 master bedrooms (1upstairs, 1downstairs) with an additional 3rd bedroom downstairs. Each level has a gas fireplace which really heated up each floor when it got chilly. About a 10 minute drive to Main St. If you get a chance, walk the road going up the mountain right near the home. Views for miles! We would definitely stay at this property again. A great price for a wonderful townhome. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

I would highly recommend this home. My favorite is the view of the ski runs while sitting in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The house is stocked with everything you would need, and Robin is amazing, a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying there again next year!!

Perfect

After reading the reviews, and then staying at this property, I seriously have to laugh at that one negative review, because this place was awesome! Beautifully decorated, very clean, and I would definitely return here again. We went out to hot tub the first night and the stars were so bright and beautiful, without the disruption of the city lights. It's only 10 mins to the resort. Even a garage to park your car. Thanks Robin
