Great place to stay. The property was nice and quiet. A must stay..
When we got there I found it to be clean and had almost all neccesities that was needed for cooking. We did see and kill a few spiders and bugs but it's the City. Nice landlords very friendly. The only dislike was the laundry, wasn't working and we had to go to a laundry matt.
The apartment was a very cute , the only drawback is that I visited in summer days and there was no air conditioning other than that I had a pleasant stay and will return, just not in the summertime lol.. overall ,the apartment was very comfortable w/ everything you need...
I stayed in this condo while visiting friends in Anchoragr for a few days. The condo had just been freshly painted and was decorated nicely. It was in a very convenient location near the airport. I will stay in the property on my next trip through Anchorage.
I had read that a previous guest had smoked in the apartment but the owner told me that it had been professionally cleaned and there was no trace of the cigarette smoke. That was completely not true! My family is allergic to the smoke and I explained that before renting it. There was no a/c but with the smell and temperature it needed air circulating. The owners did bring us a fan, which helped. I'm sure the owners will now take the steps to truly get this smell out but it was the biggest disappointment of our Alaskan trip with our grandson.
We moved to Alaska and needed a temporary place that was furnished, while we saved for furniture and found a more permanent place. We stayed for three months, and enjoyed feeling at home while transitioning. It satisfied all our needs, having laundry site steps away, having all the pots and dishes needed for cooking and having a private room separate from the living room. I highly recommed it for vocational stay or temporary living.
