Very clean and nicely decorated
Very nice condo. But your description needs to be changed. There was not a pool view, hence no balcony sunsets. Also the overstuffed recliner (which was a factor in our decision to book this condo) was not here. The $25 “registration “ fee at the property should be disclosed.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and the balcony was really nice to enjoy the morning sunshine and have coffee. Very pleasant atmosphere and everything was clean. The laundry room down the hallway looked remodeled and was seldom used by others. Parking was easy and close to the front door. Bring extra beach towels if you have more than 2 people. Will need to rent beach chairs if you want to sit on more than a towel. The pool was nice but located between the two buildings which caused wind tunnel effect. The $25 "condo association" fee was a surprise upon check in at the condo. Maybe I overlooked this. You need to pay or you and your vehicle can't get a pass to get back in from the guard shack in front of the complex.
Property was great—-very clean and beautiful views!!
The property was wonderful——right on the beach ——it was clean and well stocked——the views were awesome——the property had everything we could ever need!!
