Near Bal harbor shops and Aventura mall, luxury boutiques and famous restaurants , close to downtown and bay side shops , where you can get a tour around the riches and famous celebrities mansions.
Amazing place—especially for the price. I wanted a quiet, private, clean, and safe place close to South Beach with more space than a typical hotel room.
This condo satisfied these needs and more. It had a king-sized bed in the master bedroom & a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. It had free wifi and decent cable channels. The kitchen was fully stocked. The one-and-a-half baths were clean and roomy. Closet space was ample, with plenty of hangers & towels.
The unit is located at the end of a very long hallway, which may be a consideration for those with mobility issues. The water in the bathtub was very tough to set. It was either too hot or too cold. The unit had a drip coffee maker but not a Keurig machine. There is a Publix supermarket about 10 blocks north, gift shops in the nearby luxury hotels, and a Cuban restaurant across the street. The condo was right on the beach, which was not at all crowded. The water temperature was nice and warm.
The unit included free valet parking for one car and had reasonable prices for additional cars. The security guards and valets were very polite and helpful. They brought all of my luggage up to my room. The condo was very secure, requiring a key fob to enter and exit and to access the beach. There was always a guard on duty, even at 3:00 am.
The bus supposedly passes right by the hotel. However, I parked my car and mostly used taxis. A taxi cost about $20 U.S. for a one-way trip from the Condo to the end of South Beach. It cost about $12 to $15 for a one-way trip to the Lincoln Street Mall. The Go Shuttle, which can be taken from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airports also passed by the condo.
In sum, I would highly recommend a stay at this condo. The process through Home Away was very convenient. They charged my credit card in two separate installments. Shortly after paying the first installment, I received an email from the owner, who also went to the trouble of calling me. This was pretty significant. I had emailed three other owners of South Beach properties shown on Home Away and this property owner was the only one to respond back. As others have noted in their reviews, she was available before, during, and after my trip. This level of service really added to an already wonderful experience.
The property is a beautiful Appartement. It´s a little noisy due to road traffic.
When we arrived, the host welcomed us and showed us around. The condo was exactly as advertised, and was the cleanest and tastefully decorated condo that we have been in.
Upon arrival the owner was there to greet us. The condo was spotless and well stocked and exactly as described.

This apartment was excellent value for money. The location is somewhat noisy because you hear noise from Collins Avenue and from the garbage pickup every morning. However the apartment is decorated in Italianate style, and is up to date for the most part. The bed is comfortable. And there are plenty of supplies provided in the kitchen. The kitchen is small but functional. There is no carpeting and the suite is therefore clean. We used a bus pass and found the bus stops to be conveniently located within a block. We also walked a mile to 68Avenue, for the grocery store. The best place to eat nearby is Arlen beach cafe which is located one building north. It is not well marked but it is located on the second floor and has an ocean view.
Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía en Miami, wifi, cable, aire acondicionado, cocina equipada con todo, en fin, un apartamento con todo lo necesario, balcón, con la playa a unos pasos, tumbonas en la playa, si dispones de auto, tienen valet parking y si vas en transporte público tienes la parada de bus a unos pocos metros de la entrada del edificio si vas a Aventura mall y cruzando la avenida Collins si vas hacia el downtown. Geidy es una gran anfitriona, servicial y preocupada por el bienestar de los visitantes. Lo recomiendo a mis amigos y espero regresar pronto.
