What makes this House unique
The cool part of our place is US! We are super chill, and love helping guest get the most out of their visit to the city. We live up stairs so should you need something we can be easily available. Parking is a big deal here and we have lots of it! If Guests should have more than 2 vehicles , no worries! We have another drive way behind our gate the full length of the property, where extra cars can be parked and locked up for the duration of the stay. few more.

We highly recommend this home
This is a lovely home in a very nice residential area not far from lots of activities. We felt "at home" while we were there. You are 1.1 miles from St. Charles Ave. where you can pick up the St. Charles Streetcar. We walked to and from numerous times. We also took Lyft rides and none were expensive for four people. The owners are very nice and very responsive.
The place was perfect for our group. Plenty of room to spread out and it has everything you could need. Very clean. Convenient location to get around and off street parking. The owners are very nice and super helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The pictures really do not do it justice. The living space is very large and the entire house was clean and spotless. Convenient location - most everything was within a short uber drive. Having a designated parking spot was awesome! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

A really great place to stay if you want to spend a few days in New Orleans. We used Uber to get around town to avoid parking issues. Colleen and Hugh were great hosts and gave us some suggestions on things to see and places to eat that were greatly appreciated. We were very pleased with everything about our visit and had no complaints about the property. It is clean with tasteful furniture and decoration. Very private and is centrally located to the main attractions. Highly recommended.

If you seek hassle free lodging, look no further! Our spacious lower level apt features, private courtyard, off street parking, and all the amenities of home. We are located in a convenient uptown neighborhood. With over 1,700 sq ft and comfy sleeping for 6, everyone has space to chill. Please note that photo of the front of the home is not the rental entrance, but rather the owners entrance. Guests enter through gate into private court yard to the lower level.
