Huge pavilion with fireplace and outdoor kitchen, seating area and large table. Main casita has bedroom with queen and 2 bunks, bath and kitchen/great room. Separate cabana has 2 queens and bath. Carport has washer and 1/2 bath. Buildings are nestled among 14 mature mango trees that bear fruit in June/July. A fountain adds the refreshing sound of running water. Palm trees abound and there's a spot that's perfect for a hammock. Truly a vacation spot!
Our family has lived in California for many years, and love the beach. Todos Santos is the perfect distance away, and gives us a wonderful cultural experience.
Sharon Parrague purchased this bungalow in 2005
Our family found Todos Santos after our dad and older son went on a surf trip and were directed here. All 6 of us fell in love with the proximity to the beach and the feeling of small town relaxation. We travel here often as a family, even though 3 out of 4 children are grown up out of college and on their own.
We bought raw land in 2005 and Dad and daughters drew up plans for what we all wanted to have. Architect (brother) gave final input and Mexican builder put it all together. The 14 30-foot mango trees give lots of shade, and the over 100 palms that we planted are giving the place such an oasis feeling.
Todos Santos is a historic town with artisans abounding. World class surfing is a short drive away, and beach combing is a 15 minute walk from the house. The main thing to remember is that this is a very relaxed place with a slow pace.
