Two of the suites offer access to either a private balcony or a wrap-around deck, making for great views of the ocean and nice private areas for getting away. The 4th bedroom offers two bunksets, one Twin/Twin and the other Double/Double. There are two washer and dryer sets on the second level, one side-by-side set and the other a stackable unit.
The third floor has a bright and open feeling, with a “great room” consisting of a living room with electric fireplace, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen will astound you with its beautiful granite countertops and cabinetry, two full side-by-side refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, microwave, and prep sink (all appliances are state-of-the-art stainless steel). Spacious decks complete the third floor, with both east facing decks for observing the splendid ocean and all daily activity, as well as a west facing deck that overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard, pool, and offers fantastic views of the sunsets over Back Bay.
