Hale Kamaole is a beautifully landscaped, low density property consisting of spacious one and two bedroom condominiums. Our condo has a very comfy Spring Aire Quality King bed. With rates beginning at $117/night and a location in a very quiet part of the ocean front, Hale Kamaole Resort, we know we offer one of the best values in sunny South Maui. Located across from the Kihei Boat Ramp and Kama'ole III Beach Park this is the perfect spot for those who love the water and don't want to drive 30 minutes for those snorkel & scuba diving trips to Molokini. Our condos have a warm, inviting feeling and have been custom designed for a fun and relaxing time for us as well as our guests. I grew up living in Seal Beach, Southern California, I love the beach, and Maui is always warm & lovely. Bob & I have been going to Maui for over 23 years. We love to come over and enjoy the beach, although most of the time we are working on improving our condos for our guests enjoyment, making sure all is up to snuff :)

Why Karen Newton chose Maui

We love Maui, we were going to buy next door (Kamaole Sands), While there looking, there was an open house at Hale Kamole, so we went and had a look. Really loved what a difference, low density, wonderful tropical gardens and the units are larger too, nice views over the gardens, Hale Kama'ole was the pick for me! And so it began with #239, then we added #250 with a super ocean view and larger. We also purchased #162 over 10 years ago to add to our retirement plan :)

What makes this condo unique

Ground floor walk out are the premium units at Hale Kama'ole. Guests love to walk out to the pools, bbq's and tennis court. They also love the close proximity to Kamaole III Beach Park. It is just across little old South Kihei Road.

Hale Kamaole

Condo was very nice we ran into a few issues and a couple of repairs when we stayed there but they were taken care of. Was a bit of a inconvenience though. Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Nice to be on the ground unit. 🌴

Perfect getaway

Perfectly convenient, clean, with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation with my family. Location is ideal, and plenty of room for two adults and two toddlers. Great beach across the street and excellent location for getting around and exploring the island. Plenty of recreational gear available for fun activities at the beach. Could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Great family-friendly place!

This condo complex is clean, well-kept, family-friendly, relatively quiet, and close to lots of beaches and activities. The two pools were fantastic and having access to BBQs was great. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Great condo

This is a great little vacation spot on Maui. The condo is well kept and has everything you will need for your stay. It's close to everything you might need out of Kihei and is walking distance from the beach park right across the street. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and plan on returning next year.

Great Stay!!

We loved staying at the Hale Kamaole .The location on the South side of Kihei is less congested and right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. The condo is very nicely decorated with nice furniture and large King size bed. Linda (the manager) was great and allowed us to check in early. Everything worked as expected. We felt safe while in the condo and away. The condo complex was quite at night and not real noisy during the day although we were usually off exploring most of the days. One suggestion- would be nice to have a board game or two for those who don't watch TV. You do have a glimpse of the ocean from the lani but not close enough to hear the waves. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy Maui!! j&j

Great stay in March

We chose this particular property because it was NOT packed to the gills with furniture, the decor was understated and it had everything we needed. You could watch the sunset from the lanai, everything was in working order and we walked to the beach twice a day. It was simply a great property. Air con wasn't even necessary most of the time, fans and air con worked great. Parking was easy. Neighbor's were mostly families with kids. No pets, thank God. Great stay over all!
