Welcome to the Market Street Suite located in the very heart of beautiful Charleston! Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.

This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life.

Our suite has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.

Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.

We offer a 5 star deluxe suite that has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The suite is charming, well appointed, private (only two suites in our building) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water, chocolates, Biscotti and a bottle of wine to welcome you! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.

Relax on our beautiful slate patio with a tranquil waterfall fountain or in the sitting area in the foyer, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine, to read a book on Charleston or to catch up on your emails using our free WiFi.

About Terri and Carl

While visiting the area in 1998 we fell in love with the charm of this historic city and its surroundings, the Southern hospitality and relaxed lifestyle and decided to move here and make it home! We love it more each year. We opened One of a Kind Gallery the year we moved to Charleston. One of a Kind features art and fine crafts from nationally acclaimed artists as well as art by regional and local artisans. We have decorated the suite with lovely original art by artisans from this region. The gallery is located on the same street as the suite, only a few doors down. Let's keep it all on the same block! ;)

Why Terri and Carl chose Charleston

The location is second to none! This is the VERY BEST location in downtown!

What makes this studio unique

The building has a Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Shop on the ground floor and opens up to a charming courtyard in the back. There is a complimentary trolley that stops immediately in front of our building and takes you anywhere you could want to go downtown. Bike taxis and horse drawn carriages are just outside our building and a popular way of getting around to discover Charleston's historic treasures and landmarks.

Beautiful Suite in an awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay VERY much! This is a beautiful suite with all the amenities & extras that you would need! Location is awesome & could not be any better! You are right in the center of everything! With the exception of going to Mt. Pleasant & IOP we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The location feels very safe & the parking garage was another plus. Some visitors complain about the street noise, but that NEVER bothered us once. The owners provide you with a sound machine & that blocked out any noise that we might have heard. Location is very clean & well taken care of. The owners were awesome to deal with! Halfway thru our visit they called to see if we needed anything & asked if they could do anything for us. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! Thank you so much for the use of your suite!

Beautiful Suite in the Perfect Location

Terri was right! This suite is in the perfect location for enjoying beautiful Charleston, SC.

First, the suite itself is very well done and has all the comforts of home -- clean and very well maintained.

But the location is the best feature. It's located in the Market area -- steps away from shopping, great restaurants, and tours of old Charleston. Also, within walking distance of the Fort Sumter tours and Battery Park.

Terri was great to work with on the arrangements and the communication was outstanding.

Highly recommend these two suites in the perfect Charleston location.
