About Kelly Silva
We are the Silva family from Taunton, MA. We have two children and a dog. Since 2013, my husband had been working in Martha's Vineyard, and he heard about the property for sale in Aquinnah. Of course, we fell in love with the land right away. That is when we decided to build a home there, and with a few hiccups along the way, we managed to finish our dream house on the island.
Kelly Silva purchased this House in 2014
What makes this House unique
We provide a beach pass, walking or driving to use for Philbin Beach and access to park where there are signs in Aquinnah that say, "Resident Permit Parking." You will need to pick up your pass at the Aquinnah Town Hall, but it will be paid for by the owner.

Relaxing Family Trip!
Had a wonderful time staying in Aquinnah on our Vineyard visit. Kelly and Don’s house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The setting could not have been anymore peaceful and relaxing. We were so close to the beautiful views from the Aquinnah cliffs, and just a car ride away from many great restaurants and beaches.
Great Home on West Side of the Island
The house worked out great for us since we were attending a wedding on the west side of the island! The GPS location in Google Maps is wrong (shows house at the corner of Moshup) so it was difficult to find... Probably worth talking to Google about!
Thanks for your help!
Beautiful, serene setting for a wonderful Island stay
Spent three nights at this newly built home. Exceptionally clean, spacious, warm home that our family enjoyed completely. Central air condition, new appliances, three bedrooms, 2 baths and pull out couch. Full bed wasn't super comfortable and the couch itself was very comfortable but not the pull out bed.
Enjoyed the fire bit (had our smores), the outdoor shower and barbeque cooking. It gave us the opportunity to explore new Aquinnah sites, but made for a hike to go where we usual visit i.e. south beach, OB and Edgartown. This was our first time on homeaway site and staying at one of their homes. Not disappointed at all, extremely lovely home and setting that I would recommend.
Beautiful, well-maintained house. Private, secluded but convenient to beaches
Wonderful home away from the crowds. Convenient to Philbin and Moshup beaches and kayaking at Quitsa pond.
