2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Maximum Occupancy 4
Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom condo which is conveniently located just off the Mountain Road. We are new owners of the condo and have made it a priority to make sure our unit has all the comforts of home. This is a non smoking, pet free condo.
The condo building only has 12 units; it is located on 4 acres of open lawn with large conifers. Step outside to see the mountain views; the scenery is tranquil and comforting. Located only 200 feet from the front door is the 6 mile Stowe recreational/bike path. You can bike or walk into town to buy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in a cafe on Main Street where you can just sit back and enjoy the beauty of this quintessential Vermont village.
We are only 4 miles from The Stowe Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding or hiking on Mt. Mansfield or Spruce Peak. You can drive or walk to the nearby 'Swimming Hole' Health Club if you want to swim in a heated pool or use their fully equipped exercise room. In the summer you are welcome to use our outdoor pool. Restaurant options abound and the Stowe Cinema is just one mile down the road. It’s all about location, location, location!
Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. One bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, great for post skiing soaking, and the other has a glass enclosed shower. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and all new appliances. There's a 55" LG HD TV and DVD in the spacious living room.
The bedrooms have queen size beds and high quality linens. Relax and enjoy our condo as a base for your vacation in beautiful Vermont.

We starting coming to Stowe almost 30 years ago. Fell in love with the area and were married in Stowe. We love coming to Stowe in all seasons You will enjoy a comfortable stay at our condo. We love this location as it has great proximitiy to everything Stowe has to offer. The recreational path which we enjoy in all seasons is just steps outside the condo. There a a pool at the complex to enjoy in the summer months. The Little River that runs just behind the condo unit where we enjoy sitting and reading or just watching for wildlife. We have 2 girls who are both married and we have two lovely grandchildren. We all love coming to Stowe for skiing, biking, hiking, car shows and exploring the town.

Perfect choice. Comfort, convenience and so many welcoming touches!
Nancy has truly thought of everything to make one's stay very enjoyable. Even my daughter noted, "look, Mom, she even has the little Dove chocolates you love in a dish." The beds were very comfortable--loved the down blanket along with other blankets on the bed I slept in. I have a down comforter at home but have never had a down blanket before--just the right amount of warmth. Even looked for a label on it so I could go home and order one but did find a label. Shucks!
Everything you will need is there, down to a Keurig coffee maker with the pods and little creamers, also a full-size coffee pot-- also a lovely variety of tea bags. Perfect variety of pans and kitchen tools. Plastic wrap, aluminum foil, plastic food storage containers, everything. Very well equipped kitchen!
The location is great. One can catch a shuttle (runs about every half hour from what we could tell) up to the ski slopes within walking distance to the condo. That way no one has to wait for the sleepy head in your group to get up before everyone heads up in your car. Everyone can go ski on their own vacation schedule. Condo very close to all the charms of Stowe-- lovely shops, coffee shop, great little grocery store.
Nancy answered all my questions both before and renting in a very timely manner.
If two bedrooms and two baths (even equipped with liquid soap dispensers and shampoo and conditioner dispensers) are room enough for your group, look no farther. You will love it!
Thank you for your lovely comments. We are happy you had an enjoyable stay.
Great unit in the perfect location
Can wait to book next year... same time next year.
Clean. Cozy. Close to everything.
Nancy's home was great. Enough room for all of us to unpack and get situated with all of our ski/boarding gear. Clean space all around. Nice little "easter eggs" with Keurig cups, Ben & Jerry's in the freezer and plenty of movies for us to watch at night. Just a stone's throw away from two great restaurants and in close proximity to the mountain, other restaurants and delis for groceries. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. Thank you!
Fantastic location. The condo is warm, comfortable. Just lovely. Super clean. Great place.
Wonderful stay. Perfect place for our family.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Nancy's condo. It was perfect for our February recess ski trip. There was plenty of room and the location was fantastic - close to the mountain but also close to restaurants. The beds were super comfortable - essential after a good day on the mountain - and we appreciated the high quality linens. Thoughtful touches such as body wash, a high quality hair dryer, and plenty of cabinet space/storage in both bathrooms also made for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including the Keurig machine and a selection of coffees (and hot chocolates)! Nancy thought of everything and also threw in a very nice surprise: a freezer stocked with Ben & Jerry's.
Stowe short stay
Stayed at this lovely condo for a two night stay. I was very impressed- very well appointed with everything you would need and lots of special touches to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you loved the condo.
While the Stowe area is known throughout North America as the Ski Capital of the East, it is much, much more than just fantastic skiing. Each of the seasons, here in Northern Vermont, are brimming with exciting activities, new adventures, plenty of relaxation, and diverse cultural events. Something for everyone and the perfect escape for couples, families, and traveling friends. Our condo is located just off the mountain Road making it a convenient starting point when venturing out to the days activity. In the warmer months hiking through Smuggler's Notch is popular as is kayaking and bicycling. All offer a beautiful scenic tour of the gorgeous Vermont countryside at a comfortable, leisurely pace. Also popular is horse back riding, and carriage/wagon rides. Looking for a place to cool off? We have a beautiful pool along the the Little River behind the condo. There are amazing waterfall pools and The Swimming Hole. How about a round of golf? The Stowe Country Club is just a short drive from the condo. The scenery alone is worth playing this course. It is a challenging yet playable and fun 18 holes of golf. There is also miniature golf within walking distance. For those looking for more adventure, how about rock climbing at Smuggler's Notch? Here, there are several beautiful climbing areas. Even if you are not a rock climber you may be interested in driving to the Notch, and walking some of the trails. It's a great site to see. Autumn is a wonderful time of year to visit Stowe! Brisk and crisp New England air combined with stunning views of Vermont fall foliage make this time of year a traveler's favorite. Be sure to visit one of our local farms for apple picking, homemade jams & pies, pumpkins and fresh pressed apple cider. In the winter months, how about snowshoeing? Many of our hiking trails of the summer are even more fabulous during the winter. The views are in many areas even more magnificent as you can see through the bare trees. One of our favorite snowshoeing activities is to hike out to Moss Glen Falls. Another great snowshoe trip is one lead by Umiak Outfitters where you hike from Waterbury Reservoir to the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory where you conclude the trip with a tour of the factory and of course sample the latest ice cream flavor of the day! Winter sports abound in Northern Vermont. From fabulous skiing on famous Mt. Mansfield, to cross country skiing trails, and dog sledding. Each a unique adventure. There is also shopping and art galleries to keep you busy.
