About Laurie

This home was where my grandma lived for over 58 years. It is very special to me and I would like to share it with you. The home has a very loving and caring feeling, just like my grandma. You will find a book on one room school houses in the Living Room and that is where my grandma taught.

Laurie purchased this house in 2008

What makes this house unique

Excellent restaurants within walking distance, art galleries and shopping a few blocks away, fly fishing or rafting the Yellowstone a mile away. Skiing just 1/2 hour away. Lots of possibilities for all seasons.

Perfect ....first time not using a traditional hotel

  • 5 of 5

House had everything we needed and more. The house was super charming. It was a little like stepping back in time and spending the weekend at my Grandparents house. Thank you for the experience

Vintage small town west

  • 5 of 5

This home is spotlessly clean and gave us the feeling of a 1940s or 1950s time capsule (with 1970s furniture). It is perfectly adequate, with everything in working order. The neighborhood is a mixed bag. A nicely kept place here, a dump there, but quiet. To be expected in a typical vintage old west town subject to a local boom-bust economic cycle. The host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

A very pleasant experience!

  • 4 of 5

We called this home "the little doll house". It was very close to downtown and convenient to walk to restaurants and points of interest. It was spotless. So well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances. Great tv. Round dining room table with comfortable chairs. This property was one of the best we have rented through VRBO. Yes this is a vintage home, but we highly recommend this property!

Laurie was very helpful and answered our questions promptly.

Great Place

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I, together with another couple stayed in this rental last weekend. It is a cute, charming place to stay with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. We would stay here again.
