We are so proud of the camaraderie our residents have and the compassion they feel for each other. Amazing Condo in an Amazing Community

This place is amazing and the property manager is top-notch. Booking was simple and we have approval within an hour or two with no issues. Once the booking was confirmed and the day approached, the property manager provided ALL instructions, information (wi-fi, key location, etc.), and details needed to ensure a timely check-in and use of the property. The property manager even emailed me ahead of time to let me know of an issue from a previous tenant and something that was broken. I would recommend this property and would encourage you to stay here in the future. It was amazing, clean, centrally located and very nice! Thank you!

Comfort and Peaceful San Diego

We had a weekend trip to San Diego with some buddies. This was the first time using HomeAway and we were very impressed. This unit is centrally located in North Park just a few minutes from all San Diego attractions and downtown. The complex was really nice and quiet, the communal pool, lounge and BBQ area was awesome. The unit was well stocked with essential items, such as towels, iron and board, cups, pots, shampoo, Etc. there was hardly anything we had to bring. It really felt like a vacation home and not a tiny hotel room. We will definitely be using more HomeAway for future trips and we if we ever return to San Diego, this home will be on the top of the list!

Clean, spacious, perfect location for our needs!

This unit was the perfect size and location for our needs. It was clean, we felt safe, and the courtyard and pool were awesome. I had read other reviews before booking, so knew going in that parking would be an issue. Even so, it was frustrating. All in all, however, I'd book it again if ever travelling to San Diego again.

The property was absolutely wonderful!! Really nice and clean inside. It was super close and convenient to everything we did. The only sucky part was the parking but we got lucky and got really close parking everytime. Thank you Andrea for being a great host!

Great service and place, but not the best location

The unit was clean, cute, and modern. The beds were THEE most comfortable at a VRBO that I've ever slept in. The AC worked fabulously. And the owners/management was great, friendly, and helpful. The parking was terrible however. There was no assigned unit and street parking is tough. And to be honest, I didn't feel comfortable in the neighborhood. But maybe that's just me. Other than that, great place to stay. Super easy and convenient.

Nice place, bad parking

This place was very nice once you get inside. The apartment was beautiful with a nice little pool and BBQ area. We had everything we needed inside and the laundry room is only a few doors away. The apt. was clean, neat and as described. The contact person was easy to get ahold of.

The neighborhood can be a little off-putting at first, but once we found the apt. we were very happy with it. It's a gated Apt. Complex that you need a key or code to get into. We met a few people who lived there and they were very pleasant and helpful. If you need food or any extras I would recommend stopping and getting them before you get to there. There isn't a grocery store anywhere near the complex and if you have to leave parking is hard when you come back. One of the tenants did tell us we could get some items like milk at the liquor store a few blocks away.

The only drawback to this place, that may keep us from staying again, is the parking! There is no parking spot for this unit and after about 5 pm it's hard to find parking. We went to SeaWorld and came back after 9 pm and it took us and hour and a half to find parking anywhere within two blocks. I have two children and not knowing the area well wasn't willing to walk further than that with them.

I need to mention that I said the neighborhood is off-putting, but we are from a rural city and not a large one. This may have had something to do with my first impression. We felt perfectly comfortable in the apartment and hanging out at the pool.
