We have found so much pleasure and meaning in nurturing a community of 22 incredible, unique and comforting neighbors. We have completely changed the way the building looks, feels and even functions! We are so proud of the camaraderie our residents have and the compassion they feel for each other. Every guest we have hosted (whether it be for days or years), has always been so happy with their experience among the charming gardens, cozy grounds, warm people and quality management of our home.

Long way from home.

We traveled all the way across the US to see our son who is stationed there in the Navy. After busy days in the city it was very nice to walk into the quiet of the courtyard. The unit was very nice and perfect for our family of four.

Nice apartment(s) and excellent on site management

The apartments we stayed in here were lovely, well tended, had a nice variety of linens including beach towels and little extras in the kitchens and bathrooms like spices/ shampoos etc. We were booked for two nights in this particular unit but when we arrived we discovered it had not been cleaned and contacted the on site manager. He was Excellent and promptly located another unit for us to stay the night in and made every effort to assist us even though we had arrived rather late at night. We couldn't stay both nights in the one unit due to it being booked for the next day by another group but we felt like the manager did everything he could to assist us with the problem and fix every thing to the best of his ability. I thought this was great as we have stayed at other rentals with other sites when it was very difficult to get a representative on the phone at all and this gentleman answered his phone late at night and then appeared at the door with in 5 minutes, doing all he could to address the issue. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. The street parking can be a bit of a challenge if you're coming back late in the evening but both nights we did find parking. Both units fit our family of 5 just fine, were nicely decorated and all the beds were comfortable!

Great Stay in San Diego

Loved it. Clean, roomy, functional, quiet. First floor location makes it easy to load/unload luggage, especially with two kids. Location easy to find. Check-in/check out was seamless. Wifi worked great. No parking though but parking on the street was relatively easy. A/C in bedroom only. Would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect for a small family!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom/1 bath. The air-conditioning worked wonderful since the weather was very humid when we were visiting. When we arrived, there were a few things that we needed, but the on-site manager was very accommodating and provided us with the necessary items. We were hoping there would be a mainstream grocery store nearby (i.e. Wal-Mart, etc.), but with traffic issues, we decided to stay in the area and found Baron's Market - an organic neighborhood market. A little pricey, but worth the convenience on location. Right down the road were the best donuts, which provided our breakfast most days. We felt like the apartment was in a really good place as far as all the attractions we went to (SeaWorld, Zoo, Zoo Safari Park, LEGOLAND, USS Midway, shopping, beaches, etc.). Despite traffic occasionally being an issue, it was nice to unload at our apartment at the end of a long day. The in-ground pool was so inviting and provided our children with a nice cool off before bed. We really had a good time and would stay here again!

It was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a group outing!

I would have given 5 stars but I couldn't get in touch with the owner after calling twice and the wifi connection was spotty at best. Other than that it was amazing.
