It is just a few steps away from the sand (100 block on beach side of Balboa Blvd). The Wynndom Beach House has an open floorplan with a living-dining-great room, and a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and quartz counter-tops. This home is 3 stories high with gorgeous tiles and rich hardwood floors throughout.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, panoramic views of the bay and the white waters of the beach from the relaxing rooftop deck. Lounge on plush outdoor living furniture while listening to the waves. There is also an outdoor fireplace and built in BBQ for entertaining in style.

This beach home is fully equipped with all the amenities to comfortably accommodate your needs for a “home away from home”. The Wynndom Beach House is perfect for active beachgoers as well as those who prefer a more relaxing getaway.

About Anthony

We are a family of 5 with 3 small boys. They LOVE the beach, sun, sand, swimming, fishing, feeding the seagulls ...I could go on and on! Needless to say, being able to stay so close to the white waters is a dream come true and we want to share this great vacation spot with other beach-lovers visiting the beautiful Newport Beach area.

So nice!!

Everything was great! Such a beautiful home that was able to accommodate my family of 11. Close to everything, just a 2 min walk to beach and 5 min to pier/restaurants.the house was fully stocked with all pots, pans, utensils cofffee maker etc. The only downside was parking my Tahoe backed into the carport tightly. The garage will hold 1 small car. Our family spent most nights on top of the balcony with the fireplace on. Couldn't ask for more. Anthony always answered any questions we had and was a great host. Can't wait to book for our return vacation here!!!

Perfect place

Thank you Anthony for making our stay perfect. The home was everything and more than we were expecting. We had a group of 9 and the 4 bedrooms gave us a lot of space and privacy. The roof top was very enjoyable to sit an relax with a glass of wine after a long day. The home is a close 1 min walk down the lane to the beach and there were many small stores, restaurants and activities within walking distance. We had a few small questions and Anthony answered our phone calls right away! In addition we had left for Anaheim and left some important documents at Anthony's place and he made arrangements to have them brought right to our hotel so that it would not take away from our holiday time - AMAZING and thank you again for that.

Spectacular Newport Beach House

I highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Newport Beach! The home is beautiful, well maintained, and in the PERFECT location. You're just steps from the beach and great restaurants. The owner was extremely accommodating and I will certainly book this home again in the future. I can't say enough about this house and the owner; just book it, you won't be disappointed!

Great house, well maintained, great location

The house is very well designed. The upstairs deck is wonderful. The directions were perfect for helping us settle in with our family. Everything worked and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the décor, especially the downstairs ceiling fan; it was cool.
