The new kitchen has a ton of cabinetry and work space. The kitchen, master bedroom, dining room, 2nd floor guest bedroom, family room and living room all overlook one of the best golf views in Sea Pines. Watch the golfers while relaxing in the private waterfall pool. Enjoy cocktails while grilling on the Weber gas grill or simply unwind and relax while taking in the pristine views of the 11th hole of Heron Point golf course.
Take a stroll in the morning to Harbour Town for a cup of coffee at the cafe. Spend your day at the beach, shopping, or on the golf course. At night gaze up at the sky to see the lights from the Harbour Town lighthouse wisp across the sky. Aside from all of the amenities on the island, Savannah, GA is a short distance away. You can grace River Street, take tours of the historical city and eat lunch at Paula Deen's, 'The Lady and Sons', restaurant. Both on and off the island there are a ton of things to do. At home many happy hours can be spent playing a game of pool on the regulation sized pool table or a board game at the large dining table. For additional entertainment, there is an outdoor ping pong table for the courtyard! The home has a total of eight sliding doors, provides an open floor plan and is airy.
Kick back and watch the flat screen TV with DVD player. In fact, bedrooms have flat screen TVs for individual enjoyment.
The first floor master provides a plush king bed and large full bath. A guest bedroom on the first floor offers a king and full bath. The upstairs bedrooms share a bath, one has a king and the other has two twins. The guest apartment over the garage has two twins, a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and full bath.
This is a wonderful house for a large family or friends, group of golfers, or tennis players.
To make your travels easier and lighter we have a play pen and high chair on hand for the little ones. There is a twin Coleman cot for additional sleeping flexibility. We've provided a hair dryer in each bedroom. To keep your clothes looking their best there are clean, white hangers in each bedroom closet, a laundry basket and a iron and ironing board on both the first and second floors. We provide luxury linens and only the best for our guests!
We've tried to think of everything and created a special place in the Harbour House. We filled it with the things we would like in a home. We want you to have fond memories of your visit and hope you'll want to come back year after year.....you're always welcome home at the Harbour House!

We have three children and live in Northern Kentucky. We've been coming to Hilton Head since 2002 and have had many fun family memories! Our family and extended family have traveled many places. Each time we rent either a home or villa. It's a terrible feeling to walk into a rental and be disappointed. We wanted to create a special place that would impress and over-exceed our guests' expectations. When you arrive we want you to be delighted to be staying at the Harbour House at 26 Stoney Creek. We purchased 26 Stoney Creek in December 2012 when we fell in love with Stoney Creek Road. The street is picturesque with the moss hanging from the huge oak trees and it's close to everything. We loved that you could walk to Harbour Town for coffee, enjoy one of the many restaurants and shops, the kids can play in the super cool play area, you can check out the boats or get some ice cream. In the summer there is live music and the kids can't miss Hilton Head's legendary singer and entertainer Gregg Russell. The beach is a short bike ride and there are amazing golf courses, shopping, restaurants and spirits. Truly there is something for everyone!
Aside from the perfect location, this home has a fantastic layout. It's perfect for entertaining in the courtyard, main living areas or in the rear while enjoying the view of the golf course in the amazing pool. The pool even has a water fall! The combined benefits of Harbour Town, golf course view and home layout make this the best rental in all of Sea Pines. It's a rare find and the reason we chose it!
We were pleasantly surprised with the house. The house was big enough for everyone to have their space without being on top of each other. The two oldest boys loved having their "own apartment" away from the adults. The view from the back of the house was spectacular. Overall we LOVED this house. I would recommend it to anyone and hope we can come back for another stay
HHI in spring is lovely and the house location is nice because it is close to Harbor Town. Unfortunately our experience just had issue after issue. The home owner tried to make things right yet upon arrival the house had not been cleaned from previous renters which resulted in our vacation time being impacted. There were other issues which again the homeowner worked to rectify. Disappointed homeowner did not return emails post visit.
My husband and I gathered in this lovely home and area for an Easter vacation trip with my mid 70's parents, my 3 adult children, spouses and grand children. We were 12 total with 3 being 7, 3, and 1. It was on this trip, on Easter Sunday, gathered around the dining room table that we found out that 2 more grand babies were to arrive by the end of 2015, that alone made the trip spectacular! Andi was wonderful to work with and was always available from the initial research, to booking, to a couple questions we had once we arrived. We had everything we needed, the pool was wonderful for adult kids to entertain their children/nieces and nephew while us 50+ and 70+ year olds enjoyed the view of the kids, pool and golf course. We did heat the pool and were glad we did, however, we were blessed with sunny weather every day that was about 10 degrees warmer than normal. Maybe the non heated pool would have been fine but we didn't want the little ones to be cold, would opt to heat if any question. We rented bikes (6) and they were waiting in the carport when we arrived, picked up after we left. We used them every day. We spent time at the very well maintained public beach in Sea Pines, flew kites, walked in various high and low tides and rode bike on the beach every day. We also enjoyed time at Harbor Town and took in a concert by a local legend that does kids concerts in the evening. A must if you have kids under 10. We had many great mornings around the dining room table with all four generations and would recommend this comfortable place to anyone with a family. One note, my daughter and her husband had been married a year and a half before and so they took the apartment above the garage (gave the newly weds a little time away from the group) but they could see from their window when the group in the main house was making their way to the dining room table for breakfast/daily planning sessions, so they didn't feel left out, they could walk across the small, private courtyard in their pajamas and join us. This family home is in an ideal location for visiting HHI! It offered us the many amenities we were looking for to accommodate Grandparents, Parents, 3 children under 6yrs and an Aunt:).
The home was well stocked with everything we needed, even enough paper products to last the week! The beds were very comfortable and supportive for a good nights sleep. Plenty of space and enough bedrooms and baths with extra to spare to accommodate a large family.
The option to have the pool heated, made for a great time for everyone young and old, and I would highly recommend this for total enjoyment!
This vacation brought our family many fond memories and for that I thank Andi, as she was there to explain, help and guide every step of the way. I felt very comfortable working with her and everything came together like clock work, which makes for a great vacation!
The memories made at Stoney Creek will not soon be forgotten and for that, thank you Andi for sharing not only your home but your friendship as well.
This was our second spring break in Hilton Head and we scored again this time. We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 kids with lots of space for all. Pool was heated so the chillier weather didn't stop us from swimming. Best location - easy to walk to tennis every day, kids can bike/walk to town on their own. Easy trips by bike to new Beach Club -(so beautiful) or to South Beach. We didn't need the extra apt space, but it was recently redecorated and looked great if we had a bigger group. Kitchen has all the right tools and there's plenty of space to dine together.
Great family home! The location is superb--only a short walk to Harbour Town. This is so valuable if you enjoy that area since parking can be so difficult. The house is large and easily accommodated our group of 9. The owner is delightful and works very hard to satisfy renter's needs. The beds are comfortable--linens and towels are of excellent quality. The home was very clean on our arrival. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. This is good choice for those with mobility issues. There is only one tiny 3 inch step up at the front door and there are 2 lovely king size bedrooms on the main level. There are many excellent TV's, games, pool and ping pong. The house has wi-fi, but it does not always function well and does not reach to the bedroom over the garage. We rented bikes from Pedals for the week, but it is also very easy to catch the trolley at Harbour Town to ride around Sea Pines. I would describe this home as "down home comfortable" at every level. We would would not hesitate to rent it again on our next visit! Thank you Andi!!!!
Sea Pines is a gated community in the heart of Hilton Head Island. It is a pristine area with fun for everyone.
Choose from three golf courses in Sea Pines. Harbour Town Links, Heron Point by Pete Dye or Ocean Course. There are bike trails, horse back riding, biking, tennis, shopping, restaurants, and water sports all within the Sea Pines Plantation.
