2 Bedroom, 1 Bath just a few minutes to Lake Geneva
Book this cottage and enjoy the vintage and homey feel just minutes from downtown Lake Geneva! Traditional wood floors, unique antiques and lodge furnishings add to the charm of this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. It is nestled on a quiet residential street with a large yard, fire pit and place to park a boat! The kids can walk to the end of the street and play at the school playground on weekends, head down to the lake to fish or hang out in the basement and play some pool or air hockey.
The Cottage Lodge is 4.9 miles to downtown Lake Geneva, 5 miles to Grand Geneva Resort, 4.8 miles to Big Foot Beach State Park, 13.4 miles to Wilmot Ski Hill and 18 miles to Alpine Valley Music Theatre.
Lake Geneva and the surrounding areas offer year round activities. So whether you are coming to enjoy the lake, the festivals, skiing or a concert The Cottage Lodge will make a great home base.
The main bedroom is a queen bed and the other holds two twins. There is a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is nicely equipped to cook for the whole crew. A Keurig coffee maker is also there, just bring your own pods. There is a TV in the living room with a DVD player and gets local channels. WiFi access is available as well. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and window AC units are installed in summer. The basement is semi-finished and has pool table that converts into an air hockey table, a fun rumpus room for the bigger kids. There is a washer and dryer available in the unfinished portion of the basement.
Unlike some of the "in-town" places, we can rent for less than 30 days (Lake Geneva City Proper prohibits short term rentals). So book your summer fun now!

We have owned this cottage for years and loved the neighborhood so much we built our family home just two blocks away when we upsized. As lifelong residents we are proud of our town and would love to have you come to love it as much as we do. We are right down the street if you need anything during your visit.

Why Owner chose Pell Lake
This cute cottage has been upgraded over the years, but the cottage charm is still there with wood floors and the quirky things that come with older homes. It's a cozy home with good storage and a great size kitchen and yard.
What makes this Cottage unique
The Lodge Cottage is a great location... we have the great access to Lake Geneva with the quiet neighborhood feel.

Well stocked kitchen. Neat and clean.
Cute little cottage in a nice neighborhood. Close to Lake Geneva recreational areas. Neat and clean. Nice yard with BBQ grill and a fire pit. Brian even kept us stocked with firewood.
We're glad you enjoyed your stay!
Upon arrival everything was neat and clean. All I needed was provided, didn't have to go running out for the little things.
The location was perfect for the getaway from the convention.
Cozy, Clean and Comfortable
The Cottage in Lake Geneva was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased to see that it was pet friendly. We enjoyed our weekend there.
This was a perfect getaway for us over New Year's weekend. We made a last second decision to go somewhere over the weekend and found this cute house. The owners got everything prepped for our arrival with less than 24 hours notice (on our part). We couldn't have been more thrilled with the location and the house. We will definitely look to stay here again in the very near future!
It was the best!!
This house is wonderful!! Kim has it decorated so cute and everything is very will
It's in a quiet neighborhood very peaceful but close to everything. The beds are very comfortable and the house is so warm and cozy. It's like a home away from home! This is a new happy place we will Be staying again. Thank you this is a 10!!
Pet Friendly by Pell Lake
What a cute, little place! We selected this property because it was pet-friendly, and close to Lake Geneva - but not TOO close!
The keypad lock was so convenient to use - no keys to lose. There is a good, strong wi-fi signal for your wireless devices. We did have some trouble connecting at first. The wrong password was posted on the VRBO website, so that was frustrating! We did not get a good cellular signal with Verizon - you may have better luck.
Since we ate in most days, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and the deluxe gas grill by the garage. The one time we tried grilling steaks for dinner, the gas ran out, so we had to go to a restaurant to eat (there's no spare propane tank). And for some unknown reason, the microwave kept losing power. The stove is electric, so if you are used to cooking with gas, that can be a challenge. And there’s no garbage disposal, so you’ll scrape food into the wastebasket under the sink. The old wood floors are lovely but squeaky, as you might expect.
There are plenty of thick towels in the bathroom, and lots of hangers in the closet. We really liked having the washer and dryer in the basement so we could do laundry. The owners left a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. If you need more, you’re on your own. TP and paper towels are not replenished. Did you think this was a Holiday Inn? LOL!
For exercise, we walked the neighborhood. Since the area is more rural, there are no sidewalks. Just a couple of blocks west is Pell Lake, and a lovely park. If you need to mail a letter or get stamps, there’s a post office a short walk southeast, past a run-down commercial area.
Hope you enjoy your stay.
