We really enjoyed this property overall. The area was very quiet with the exception of the fairly frequent incoming golf balls landing on the roof, slamming into the garage door, and/or bombarding the front door. One of them even shattered the car windshield of a guest of ours. We also felt like the kitchen was missing a few key pieces for our every day needs, things like a salad spinner, tongs, more teaspoons, dish drying mat, etc. There was also way too much glassware in the cupboards, which meant that there was no space for storing food. We especially appreciated the greenbelt between the patio and the pool, and we enjoyed having the pool so close. We were disappointed that we were not allowed the use of the TV's on demand feature, especially since the DVD player in the unit did not work. In general, though, we had a very positive experience and will return to the Palm Desert Resort Country Club again although not to this unit.

Pricing excludes taxes, additional options or fees.” **Tax not included in nightly rates** CHECK-IN: Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. RESERVATION, REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum $500 deposit is required on all reservations to secure your dates. A $250 fee will be assessed for cancellations prior to 90 days of arrival. Hold deposit is non-refundable after 90 days. The balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. If guest fails to pay balance within 45 days of arrival, Modern Real Estate Shop reserves the right to release your reservation dates and cancel your reservation. Reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit all rent monies unless reservation manager is successful in re-renting the property for all or part of the scheduled stay. If reservation manager is successful in a full or partial re-rent, the re-rent proceeds will be refunded to the cancelling guest less 25% cancellation fee to cover advertising, marketing and admin fees associated with the cancellation DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Modern has partnered with CSA Travel Insurance to offer all guests $1500 worth of accidental damage protection for just $35. This eliminates any need for a cash deposit and allows any "roll over" from previous reservations to go directly to the total cost of the reservation. The guest is 100% responsible for ensuring the property remains in the same condition it was in prior to their arrival. KEYS/REMOTES: Guest will be given keys and garage remotes to the property. Under no circumstances are keys to be duplicated without the written consent of the Broker. Keys are to remain in the possession of the registered guest only. In the event keys are lost, a $25 per key charge will be assessed to damage deposit. In the event of a lockout, a $150 charge will be assessed.
