Amazing house with an amazing view. We had a wonderful time while vacationing at this beautiful house. It has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. We had 9 family members from ages 1 year to 57, and everyone had a great time. Loved the pool and game room. Awesome master suite. We would highly recommend this for families.
We had a fantastic time at this house! The pool was perfect for our grade school aged kids, not too deep and they loved the water feature! Indoor and outdoor space was enough for all 10 of us, never felt cramped. Beautiful views and great accommodations! The only negative was the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms. We pushed them together for one of the couples to sleep on, but one bed is on wheels. I would certainly stay here again!
This house has everything you need if you are traveling with young children. We stayed with a group of friends for spring training and had a wonderful time. We mentioned to Leah that we had two toddlers with us and she pre installed stair and pool gates, set up a crib and had high chairs (2!) ready to go. That along with all of the door safety locks and sliding outlet covers made it so much easier for us to enjoy our trip with little ones. Leah is also super responsive to questions/ concerns. We can't wait to come back again. Thanks Leah!
We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros: Leah was great at communicating with me through text and email. The description of the house is very accurate. There were normal amenities and plenty of towels. We had a weird flight arrival time and Leah was super kind and let us check-in early so we didn't have to haul our bags around town. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The neighborhood and location was terrific; Arrowhead is a super nice area. The grocery store was very closeby. It was a chilly weekend for AZ locals, but really warm for where we come from, so it was great to take advantage of a heated pool, which I was told is somewhat rare for the area. We used the boat every day and loved trolling around in it. The boat was probably the best part! Who would've thought you could go boating in the desert? The beds were very comfy and the master bath is to die for. The backyard patio is fully covered and facing north, so only the pool area sees sunlight. As mentioned in other posts, the neighbor's dog rarely barked for us. It wasn't a problem.
Drawbacks: No hot tub. I thought there was a hot tub above the water feature in the pool, but it's just a water feature. A large 8+ person hot tub would make this the best house of all time. Be aware of the 4th bedroom; the twin beds are a little more like cots rather than full beds.
We had a water leak issue during our stay. I contacted Leah and she worked with her father (who lives in the area) to get a plumber to the house asap. I couldn't believe how quickly they could get someone over there! Having her father there really helped because we had commitments to attend a wedding and needed to leave the house. Everything was fully resolved by the time we got back. It was above and beyond service!
We'll for sure stay at Leah's house again :)
The house was perfect for the seven of us with plenty of room to gather together or have some alone time. There are so many things to occupy your time that you never have to leave the house. We took advantage of the pool table, fishing, and the the pontoon boat. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool; however it was beautiful and would have been nice to spend some time in it.
Leah was extremely accommodating to our needs.
The house is full of all the things you need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms.
We enjoyed the house and the location. The Master bedroom and bath made it worthwhile for us, but we found the three downstairs bedrooms to be less comfortable for our guests. The 2 bedrooms sharing the hall bathroom were the worst accommodations, plus these were noisy(tile floors). It did rain over an inch and the area around the pool equipment was surrounded by a couple of inches of water(no working drain). I had to replace 8 light bulbs around the house, which was easy to do. This house was well equipped with the needed paper goods, towels and pool stuff. Also, the pontoon boat and fishing gear worked well.
Easy access to the Peoria Sports Complex, The University of Phoenix Stadium (home of The Fiesta Bowl and Arizona Cardinals), Westgate, Scottsdale Fashion Park and all Scottsdale restaurants as well as world class golf.
