The home has four bedrooms that includes two master bedrooms. The main master retreat is on its own floor with a large private balcony to enjoy incredible water and mountain views. The second master is on the main level along with two additional bedrooms and baths.
Enjoy water and mountain views from the custom kitchen and breakfast nook. The dining area which seats six has french doors for real indoor/outdoor living.
The lower level basement has a wet bar, pool table and large seating area with fire place. This house is wonderful for families as well as an entertainers dream.
Plus, drive your RV straight into the custom RV garage which can also convert to a four car tandem garage.
The house was perfect for the seven of us with plenty of room to gather together or have some alone time. There are so many things to occupy your time that you never have to leave the house. We took advantage of the pool table, fishing, and the the pontoon boat. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool; however it was beautiful and would have been nice to spend some time in it.
Leah was extremely accommodating to our needs.
The house is full of all the things you need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms.
We enjoyed the house and the location. The Master bedroom and bath made it worthwhile for us, but we found the three downstairs bedrooms to be less comfortable for our guests. The 2 bedrooms sharing the hall bathroom were the worst accommodations, plus these were noisy(tile floors). It did rain over an inch and the area around the pool equipment was surrounded by a couple of inches of water(no working drain). I had to replace 8 light bulbs around the house, which was easy to do. This house was well equipped with the needed paper goods, towels and pool stuff. Also, the pontoon boat and fishing gear worked well.
Spent 3 days at this lovely, beautifully decorated home with our 2 grown sons in the middle of the summer. The house was wonderfully cool when we got there in 110 degree weather. Leah supplies all the necessities you could need and then some. From great toiletries, paper products, salt and pepper to even ice! The master bath is to die for. Couldn't enjoy the master bedroom deck as it was just too hot and we had a monsoon storm! The beds were so comfy.
There are some things to be aware of. First the pool while goregeous, is small and shallow. Our sons are 6'4" and they had a hard time in it. Also there is no DVD player down in the "Media" room where the nice big TV is and the floor is weirdly messed up too? The DVD player is in the living room where the smallest TV is and it's not a blue-ray. They don't cost much and would be the best way to enjoy the big TV in the "Media" room. The pontoon boat was in dis repair. Which was dissapointing since we chose this house because of it. We also had dog barking issues, not owners fault. Oh, and there are lots of stairs if that is an issue.
All in all it was a nice stay in a lovely house.
My grandchildren and i were thrilled with the house. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was great and towels were plentiful. The location was perfect for us . The only issue we had was the next door neighbor had several small dogs and would leave one outside barking for hours which made having a quiet cup of coffee difficult. I certainly dont blame Leah for this, they were just inconsiderate. We loved the house and the area.
We rented this home for our family while attending graduation week at Midwestern University. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our time there very much. We had four couples and twin babies and this house gave us all the room we needed. We enjoyed the house, pool and pontoon very much. We had minor issues when we arrived that were handled very promptly. The house is very safe for children with gates on the stairways and fence around the pool. We appreciated the different living areas and beautiful views. The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house and will spread the word to other Midwestern University families who we are sure would find this as great a place to stay as we did. We would stay there again.
Easy access to the Peoria Sports Complex, The University of Phoenix Stadium (home of The Fiesta Bowl and Arizona Cardinals), Westgate, Scottsdale Fashion Park and all Scottsdale restaurants as well as world class golf.
