One bedroom, pet friendly, condo with all the amenities, located walking distance to everything downtown Victoria has to offer. In Canada's oldest Chinatown's you can stay in the heart of it all, while still having your privacy. Will sleep four between a one (queen sized) bedroom condo with a pullout (double bed) couch in living room, but, best suited for two people (especially for a longer stay). Newly restored back to its original use and situated between Pandora St and Fisgard St, only steps to the best coffee shop in town ("Bean Around the World" of course). Private patio off the bedroom gives guests some greenery via an urban garden and a serene spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a late night cocktail. Our home is equipped with everything you'll need for a short vacation, or a longer stay, including washer and dryer.
Take a stroll around the neighbourhood and enjoy local and international cuisine! Victoria is second only to San Fransisco for highest number of resturants per capita in North America, and you'll be staying right in the middle of it. Rather eat in? Grab fresh produce and local meat from neighbouring markets and prepare it in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with full sized oven and stovetop, crockpot, microwave, blender etc. Clean up is easy with dishwasher to help.
Though there is no parking included, the condo has ample street parking and a Robbins parking lot across the street. Though we recommend the city parkade located within a block up Fisgard St or even better, leave your vehicle at home!! The Clipper ferry is about a 30min walk (with luggage) or a $6 cab fare, Harbour Air is about 15 min walk. Flying in, or ferry from Vancouver? can cab or bus!! Once here make use of Victoria's diverse transport with transit system, shuttles, taxicabs, varying types of tours and tour buses, kabuki cabs, horse drawn carriages and even water taxis around the inner harbour. Every day there are 100 aircrafts and 1073 vessel movements through the inner habour! You also have use of our two pedal bikes as you can't visit the cycling capital of Canada without bikes, so enjoy ours! A great way to see a bit more of the city while still being able to leave your vehicle at home. Bikes come with locks and helmets, and Victoria recently installed bike lanes to make it easier and safer to navigate the streets. We recommend a ride down along the harbour and on to the beauty of Dallas road.❤️
Neighbouring buildings house pubs, liquor store, convenience store, shopping, restaurants (including breakfast joints, sushi, Vietnamese, of course Chinese cuisine, etc), McPherson Theatre, two brew pubs (Swan's and Canoe Club)... and that's just within one block radius!
Whatever adventure is bringing you to Victoria, you can rest assure that your stay in this cozy historical gem of a condo will only enhance it.
