We absolutely love Rehoboth Beach! This is the place to go if you want clean beaches, a relaxing environment, a diverse population of friendly people, amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance, shops within walking distance, and outlets within biking distance. Just a short drive into Lewes and you can get a free tour at a local winery, University of DE, WWII barracks at Cape Henlopen State Park, climb up a WWII observation tower, ride bikes for free in the park, and watch their local osprey nesting camera. And many other free or low cost events at the Cape and in Lewes for families.

Located in a private gated community. Immaculately kept, spacious, community pool, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, art galleries, boardwalk. 2minute drive to waterpark, go-carts, bumper boats, mini golf, and batting cage.
Community Pool, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus half bath located on the main level.
We loved this place very clean and had lots of items we needed to make our week. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and town but once you got there it was great. This was our first time in Rehoboth and look forward to going back. It was nice to have a stroller there for the little one and a couple bikes to take a nice ride in the park. The plsce was very quite and comfortable
When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. The house is in a beautiful gated community and in close proximity to so many great hot spots! The house itself is gorgeous!! Very spacious and extremely clean!! It is also decorated great! Our favorite part was the day we spent at the pool - only a few steps away from the house! We were lucky enough to have the whole pool to ourselves!! We can't wait to go back!!
Our experience at this particular residence was nothing short of amazing. We stayed over New Year's weekend and the town was surprisingly busy with much to do. From the moment we drove up to the gated entrance to first stepping into the home, we felt as if we were going into something different than we have experienced over the years. This house is very nicely decorated and unbelievably clean (including the fridge and other appliances). The home is within a short walk from many of our favorite restaurants, bars, shopping and other activities. We recommend going to Dos Locos, Stingray (best sushi happy hour around), and Arenas (great sandwiches, soups, etc.). We would recommend this to a couple or a family/group of friends as it is deceivingly spacious. My wife and I have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the best.
Wonderful New Years Eve weekend experience! Plenty of room for 4 couples. Although it's cold in January we found a great Italian restaurant 1 block away and also walked to a Mexican restaurant, a few blocks away for our New Years Eve celebration. Definitely coming back with my kids this summer. Pool is only a few feet from the house. So much more enjoyable to spend time with friends and family in this home rather than hotel rooms. No complaints, one of the nicest rentals that we have stayed in.
