Remodeled and professionally decorated, this townhome is one of the nicest in it's neighborhood. It is very spacious and located on the sunny side of the Valley with great views of East Vail from the private deck. Skip the traffic by taking the bus and enjoy the comfort and privacy of this cozy home away from the Vail Village crowds.

Why Vail Butler chose Vail

This is one of the nicest units in the whole complex and we have always improved the quality enhancing our vacation experience.The gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The dining room has an open feeling and is able to seat 6 comfortably. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a full bath and King bed overlooking the wilderness. Downstairs you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with a Queen over Twin bunk bed and Queen bed in the other room.

What makes this townhome unique

This house in right on the bus route. It is the last stop the bus makes before arriving to Vail's Transportation Center (3-5 min drive). The bus is free and runs every 15 minutes during the winter. In the summer you have access to one of vail most popular hiking trails "Booth Creek Falls"

This condominium was very clean and comfortable.

This place was competitively priced with easy access to the bus stop for transportation to and from Vail Village. The rooms had very comfortable clean beds and large bathrooms to accommodate our crew. I would highly recommend this unit in the summer or winter. Very easy to work with management. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great summer getaway!!

This home was amazing for our 4th of July trip. It is right next to Booth Creek Falls which we love to hike and we didn't have to wake up extra early to find parking because we walked from this place. Just a great all around trip, owner was great, very clean and neat home.

Fabulous home in a great location

We had an amazing trip at this home, the owner was great as we arrived early and he let us in. He was more than accompanying and helped us with the bus system. Which is not hard as it runs every 15 minutes. Great home at a great price!

The property was very cozy and had everything we needed. The owner was great and everything went very smoothly. Very clean home, you can tell the owner takes care of it. New appliances and granite counter top, it was great!
