Enjoy breathtaking views from the comfort of your own oceanfront vacation rental condo! With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Pacific, you won't miss a minute of the sunset, whether you're preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen, lounging on the living room sofa, or relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine.
The living area and kitchen share an open floor plan, allowing for lots of natural light. Lounge before the flat-screen TV with DVD player for a movie night, or prepare a homemade feast in the kitchen, which comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dine at the four-person dining table, or grab a barstool to chat with the chef.
The master suite offers a luxurious queen bed, attached bath with soaking tub, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. A second bedroom has one full-sized bed and two twin beds, bringing the sleeping total of the condo to six. An additional bathroom has a glass-enclosed, walk-in shower, and the condo has a washer and dryer to make longer stays more comfortable.
This beautiful vacation rental condo with its panoramic views is one of several in the complex, and can be rented alongside other units to accommodate larger groups. The complex has a shared hot tub where you can relax after an active day. Well-behaved dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for a small nightly fee.
Located between the ocean and beautiful Crescent Lake, this stylish vacation rental condo has no shortage of activities nearby: hiking, fishing, crabbing, clamming, kite-flying, sandcastle-building, or simply sitting on the sand with a good book. The neighborhood of Manhattan Beach is just north of downtown Rockaway Beach, so you'll enjoy plenty of peace and quiet while still being within easy reach of shopping and dining options.
Please note that this home is only accessible by stairs. If you are not able to handle a flight or two of stairs, we are happy to look at some other amazing Rockaway Beach locations that would better serve you!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The beach is nearly private as there are no homes or buildings north of the condo.
Really nice place but they were in the middle of touching up the paint so it looked a bit less polished than we were expecting. We were not warned about this. It didn't take away from the view or the experience, but they looked like they needed more time for maintenance prior to our arrival.
When we got to the property we didn't have hot water or much heat due to the radiant heat not being able to keep up with the cold weather. We utilized the space heaters that were available, and they helped get the unit to a more pleasant temperature. We loved the views from the living room and how quiet the town was. It was just what we wanted so it was perfect for us. We went crabbing at a nearby jetty and caught three crabs for dinner. It was chilly crabbing but it was such a sunny pretty day it was worth it! Overall we had a great time and we look forward to our next visit.
