Exposed brick walls and ductwork, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and hard wood floors throughout. Decorated and outfitted with the comfort of our guests in mind. Located on the 3rd floor of the historic S&W Building, right in the heart of Downtown Asheville.

You are just minutes from some of the best mountain, or leisure, biking around, white water rafting, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, golf, or take a ride on America's favorite scenic byway, the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The first hour of parking is free, $1.25 per hour thereafter, daily maximum parking $12. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6PM-Monday 8AM, and all city holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (3 days). Special event single occurrence: $7; Multi-day event: $5.

Colby Loft recommendation

Colby Loft is a beautiful, impeccably maintained property in the heart of downtown Asheville. The Loft has everything we needed (and more) for our stay while celebrating our daughter’s wedding. All of the people at AVL vacation rentals were easy to work with and always immediately responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay at Colby Loft again, and heartily recommend it to anyone who is searching for a place to stay in Asheville!

Great stay and great service

Colby loft was Perfect. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. Best location for downtown walking. Very quiet and secure building. Beth at AVL was readily accessible and very accommodating. Looking forward to next year!

Great Location. Excellent restaurants and bars across the street. The unit showed as well as it did in the pictures. Our parking spot was a little confusing at first, but once we figured it out, it was convenient.

Girl's Weekend

Asheville is our favorite place on earth and we wanted to share this with special friends whom hadnever been to this beautiful city. We looked at length to find the perfect place and were overjoyed when we came across the Colby loft! It exceeded all hopes and expectations for the entire party. The location could not have been better as it afforded us the opportunity to walk to all of the best restaurants, shops and the theatre that hosted the Laugh your asheville comedy festival. It was so wonderful to have private bedrooms and bathrooms but also incredible gathering spaces. These included a large dining room, grand kitchen, and loft like living room with large windows that overlooked prime downtown space including drum circle! The owners obviously take pride in their lofts and keep them in pristine condition. They always answered emails quickly and thoroughly! We would highly recommend this loft or any in this building and will absolutely be back ourselves. A perfect weekend in an unparalleled city and residence.
