4 Bed/4 Bath Farm House One Block From Main Street

Our two-story farm house is one block from Main Street in downtown St. Helena. This amazing location offers guests direct access to all the great tastings rooms, restaurants and shopping in downtown St. Helena while having all the luxuries of being in a cozy fully equipped home. Our house was originally built in 1881 and recently renovated by us in 2013. It has all new appliances, bathrooms and a wonderful world class kitchen. We have central heat/air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. The main house consists of three bedrooms-there are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds; both have attached bathrooms with walk in carrara marble showers. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and an attached recently (2017) updated bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a detached unit a stones throw away from the main house that has a California King bed, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Our main kitchen has an 8 burner gas range stove with griddle, copper apron sink, butcher block island, all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. We have a family room with a 55-inch television and couches to fit at least 8 people. We have a formal dining room that seats up to 8 comfortably. We also have a laundry/mud room. Our porch lines our entire front yard and has rocker chairs and tables for hours of people/train watching, card games, cocktails or take a (very) short stroll through the vineyard! Enjoy a glass of wine on our porch while watching the wine train go by! There is also a large back yard with plenty of parking and an outdoor kitchen next to a bocce court.

***Please note that we normally require a 3 night minimum but occasionally will honor a 2 night stay dependent on group size and time of year.

About Perry & Christine Clark

We were born and raised in St. Helena and this is our first home we purchased after we were married in 2010. We spent the first two years we owned it renovating it and are thrilled with how it came out. This is our primary home, and we also have a cottage we share our time at too. Perry is a winemaker in the valley and Christine is a Registered Dietitian. We welcomed our first baby boy, Hunter in August 2013 and second baby boy, Sawyer in October 2015. We are excited to share our home and town with you!

We bought this home because of the distance to main street. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and not worry about driving. We also have a property in the country so we felt that this was the best of both worlds!

The best part of this house is its charm. It was built in 1880 and has stood the test of time. We have spent the last two years making it a comfortable, cozy fun place to be. This house is only one block from main street where everything is in St. Helena, making it a blast to stay at.

Incredible Farm House!

From the moment you drive up to this adorable St Helena farm house you feel at home. We had three couples which worked well with the three rooms. Each couple had their own bathroom which is nice. We had fun in the kitchen and it is stocked with everything you could think of. The living room is a comfy place to hang, but our favorite place was the front porch. Coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening... what could be better. Also, the owners are amazing... quick response to any question... We will be back !!!

Awesome stay!

My wife and I recently visited along with other family members. The house has a ton of charm and we especially loved the front porch overlooking the gardens in the front yard. We also enjoyed visiting the owners vineyard/winery nearby. Have already recommended the home and visiting the vineyard to several friends!

Amazing Napa Valley Trip

We had the most amazing stay in St. Helena in this beautiful home. The owners were exceptionally responsive and caring. The home had been completely and beautifully renovated. It is a very comfortable and clean house within walking distance of absolutely everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend the home and owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome House! Perfect Location!

Stayed in this house in July of 2017 with four couples for a Napa getaway. Perfect location in St Helena with easy access to all of the best wineries. St Helena is the best town we have visited in the Napa area. Awesome house with four bedrooms and four baths which is hard to come by. Easy walkability to the two big grocery stores in town and also walkability to all of St Helena's great restaurants. Amazing gardens around the house with limes, peaches, grapes, lavender, rosemary, and others herbs. Our favorite part was the outdoor area with a bocce ball court and outdoor kitchen. Perfect for hanging out in the afternoons following a day of winery tours. Great host couple that was easily accessibly for any questions we had and even welcomed us with bottles of wine. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing trip to Napa.

Fantastic Farmhouse

Just spent the last 3 nights and 4 days with 3 friends in this beautiful home. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of personal space. Great indoor and outdoor kitchen setup if you like to prepare your own meals. Overall we could not have been more pleased and plan to return next year. What fun to get to enjoy Model Bakery English Muffins and a bottle of Tradition Wine left for us by our host and hostess! Thank you Perry and Christine for responding quickly to our questions and for sharing your home with us. Love your home and love your wines! Awesome house and great hosts!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place--great location (within a minute from the grocery/stores in downtown St. Helena) (within three minutes from wineries), great house (updated, decorated beautifully, and the perfect set up for four couples--each room with its own bath), and great backyard for barbecuing/cards/and just hanging out. Christine and Perry were perfect hosts--very responsive, gave great recommendations and even provided toys/pack and play/recs for a sitter for our one and almost three year old. I highly highly recommend this home!
