Napa Valley House Rental Photos and Description

3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom One Block From Main Street, Legal rental Permit #2012-26

Our two-story Historic farm house was built in 1881. It is one block from main street in the heart of Saint Helena. It was renovated this year with all new appliances, bathrooms and kitchen. We have central heat and air both upstairs and downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with bathrooms attached with walk in carrara marble showers. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, bathroom attached with a jet tub and shower. Our newly renovated kitchen has an 8 burner gas range stove with griddle, copper apron sink, butcher block island, all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. We have a family room with a 40 inch television and couches to fit at least 8 people. We have a formal dining room that seats up to 8 comfortably. We also have a laundry/mud room. Our porch lines our entire front yard and has rocker chairs and tables for your enjoyment. There is a vineyard in the front full of Cabernet Sauvingon and Merlot grape vines!

About Perry & Christine

We were born and raised in St. Helena and this is our first home we purchased after we were married in 2010. We spent the first two years we owned it renovating it and are thrilled with how it came out. This is our primary home, and we also have a cottage we share our time at too. Perry is a winemaker in the valley and Christine is a Registered Dietitian. We welcomed our first baby boy, Hunter in August 2013 and second baby boy, Sawyer in October 2015. We are excited to share our home and town with you!

Why Perry & Christine chose Napa Valley

We bought this home because of the distance to main street. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and not worry about driving. We also have a property in the country so we felt that this was the best of both worlds!

What makes this house unique

The best part of this house is its charm. It was built in 1880 and has stood the test of time. We have spent the last two years making it a comfortable, cozy fun place to be. This house is only one block from main street where everything is in St. Helena, making it a blast to stay at.

Incredible Farm House!

From the moment you drive up to this adorable St Helena farm house you feel at home. We had three couples which worked well with the three rooms. Each couple had their own bathroom which is nice. We had fun in the kitchen and it is stocked with everything you could think of. The living room is a comfy place to hang, but our favorite place was the front porch. Coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening... what could be better. Also, the owners are amazing... quick response to any question... We will be back !!!

Perfect Porch

This property is perfect for couples traveling together. Having the three totally separate master suites was a fantastic feature. Each of the three couples in our party had their own space, then could together enjoy the comfortable common areas in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The front porch was probably our favorite feature of the house. It is a huge porch, with a beautiful garden in front, where you can sit, sip and watch the quiet St. Helena world go by! We also took advantage of the outdoor dining area and grill. We would definitely recommend this spot if you want to walk to the grocery and restaurants.

Beautiful property right in the middle of town!!

We were in St Helena for my daughters wedding and rented this house for our family. It accommodates 3 couples beautifully with each bedroom having a private bath. Even though we didn't use the kitchen except for coffee and snacking, it is gorgeous!! The grounds are lovely and the front porch very inviting!! Our wedding was at the Farmstead and this was in easy walking distance. We would highly recommend this propert and I would love to go back!!

Cute Farm House!

Location was great. Since our wine tasking appointments kept us hopping all over Napa Valley we didn't spend much time in the house. Only negative thing we noticed, bathrooms and showers were not stocked with soap and shampoo items. We shared what we brought but did make a trip to Vons for more and also Kleenex which was MIA. We counted on those small items being available in the house, maybe we shouldn't have?

Lovely Home Away From Home

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely house in St. Helena. It is wonderfully located one block from the main street running through town. You can easily walk to a variety of restaurants such as Model Bakery or Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen as well as some tasting rooms (Yao Winery or Orin Swift) among others. We brought our two grown sons & their wives and finding a 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms is tough! We were thrilled. You can cook if you want - the kitchen is great as well as a large dining room to seat plenty. We enjoyed sitting on the big front porch visiting while sipping wine we'd bought during our day of tastings. And being able to do a little laundry if you want (or need) to is an added bonus. We loved the house & would definitely stay there again - the sooner, the better!
