I am an Operations Manager with a passion for creating exceptional home-away experiences in the Silicon Valley. I was born and raised in California, as were my children. The weather, career opportunities, and variety of things to do are what I love about the area. Sharing family favorites for others to enjoy is a passion that I share with my mother, sister, and children. Together we offer unique, hassle-free and first-class vacation rentals from the West Coast to the East Coast. Our Santa Clara home was my husbands’ bachelor pad many years ago. Facing rising college tuition while keeping an eye on retirement from the technology industry, I converted this house into a beautiful home for others to enjoy while traveling for business, vacation or adventure.
Teresa purchased this House in 1995
Why Teresa chose Santa Clara
This is the perfect home base for family visits, work, sports fans, medical needs, adventure, and entertainment. The house is spotlessly clean and spacious with a private patio and large yard with garden. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to major entertainment/sporting events, medical care and education for all ages. Santa Clara is cooled by a gentle breeze from the San Francisco Bay during summer afternoons, and the area has relatively mild winters.
What makes this House unique
This three bedroom, single family home has a wonderful, private fenced back yard and covered patio. It provides a haven of rest in the heart of Silicon Valley and a bike ride to the Apple Campus. The house is more affordable than a 5* hotel, more private than an apartment, more spacious than a condo, more central than most other options and, it's very convenient!

Great location, quiet neighborhood
Easy access to local sightseeing. Mid century home in quiet neighborhood.
Awesome home to relax in!
This 3 bed/2 bath home was pefect for our stay. The location is right in the middle of everything. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Plenty of linens. The best part is the garage for parking in. No need to hunt down a space on the street! The screened in back porch is a nice bonus with a back yard to enjoy also. Highly recommend this home!
Great House Great Location
Everything was great. Nice, clean and comfortable. Great location for South Bay Area attractions. We will stay here again!
We loved our stay in this very nice and comfortable home!
The host is available and very helpfu, she responds quickly. We enjoyed this home and its location. I enjoyed daily morning walks and we were close to the areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely return. Thank you!
Thanks for all your support while we stayed for our daughter 's wedding at the Mission Santa Clara.
Great location for access to SCU
Wonderful stay in Santa Clara
We could not have been happier with our stay at this lovely home. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Santa Clara University and anticipated wanting more space than even a couple hotel rooms would provide. This was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, supremely well-stocked kitchen. We had a gathering with our daughter's housemates and their families on the night before graduation and bbq'd in the beautiful yard. There was plenty of room for people to spread out (and we took some great photos in front of the bougainvillea)! It was sweltering all weekend and the house stayed cool and peaceful. Great access to everything -- 10 minutes from campus, the airport, Santana Row. Teresa, the owner, was super accessible, responsive, and hospitable to us at every turn. We loved every minute and recommend this home unreservedly!
For SPORTS FANS, the new 1.3 billion dollar home of the 49ers, LEVI’S STADIUM, is less than 6 miles and the home of San Jose Sharks, SAP Center is only 9 miles out the front door. See the San Francisco Giants play at AT&T, only 45 miles away. Be sure to book early for your favorites. For WORK, the area is surrounded by hi-tech companies such as Apple, Agilent, AMD, Texas Instruments are less than 3 miles from the house; HPE, Amazon, Google, Yahoo, eBay, LinkedIn, Cisco, Oracle, Intel, Cisco, Juniper Networks, Brocade & many others are within 9 miles from the house. For COLLEGE, GRADUATIONS & WEDDINGS, the University of Santa Clara, Stanford University, and San Jose State University are all within a short drive from the house. For MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, Kaiser Permanente Hospital is only 1 mile from the house, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Stanford Hospital, El Camino Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and O'Connor Hospital are all close by as well. For ADVENTURE, the surrounding sights, sound, and sensations are unforgettable. Drive about 35 miles to the SANTA CRUZ beaches for boating, surfing, beach combing and a great amusement arcade. Go surfing kayaking or deep sea fishing. Hike, ride a zip line, bike, or train through the beautiful redwood forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Or, drive up the coast to SAN FRANCISCO and walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, explore Angel Island, or experience Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard Street, Union Square, and Golden Gate Park.
