Large, well appointed house in the heart of Sandycove, steps from Scotsman's Bay, Sandycove Harbour, the Forty Foot Bathing Club, the Joyce Martello Tower and the Michael Scott design art deco house. A half-block from the sea with views from the house, Glasthule village is a three minute walk away and Dalkey is the next village over - both are renowned for specialist boutique shops, pubs, wine and artisan food shops and some of the finest restaurants in South County Dublin. The house is well equipped for a large group with a great room with a large screen tv, a dining table for 10, an AGA oven with an electric/gas side oven, an outdoor Weber gas barbeque and a wide range of cooking utensils. A separate living room with open fireplace allows for guests to enjoy some peace and quiet surrounded by books. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, the master which has a walk in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and his and her vanity sinks. There is a second double bedroom which is smaller and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have a single bed and each has a dedicated bathroom.
