|Minimum Stay||3 nights|
Come and be captivated by the ever-changing views of the Caribbean Sea and Virgin Islands as seen from Siren Song Villa. From her private 24' balcony, you will be entertained by turtles, iguanas and birds. Her open floor plan brings the view into the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom.
Siren Song is more than a condo, she is our home. She’s been completely renovated and furnished with higher quality furniture, bedding and wares purchased for our personal use and the enjoyment of our guests. Siren Song is owner-operated and impeccably maintained. As such, it would be impossible to sustain such high quality and standards (at reasonable prices) if we were to offer Siren Song as part of the hotel pool under third-party hotel management. As our guest, you are our only guest and you have our undivided attention.
Our efficiency kitchen is fully equipped (complete with coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator and utensils) for whipping up a meal and enjoying it by candlelight or al fresco. And when the day is done, we've procured a spacious, ultra-comfy king-sized bed to luxuriate in while falling asleep to the sound of waves on the shore below.
Point Pleasant Resort is conveniently located to many attractions, beaches and water sports and activities. We will be more than happy to assist you in booking kayaks, sailboat and powerboat trips, fishing excursions, parasailing, golfing, snorkeling and diving, car rentals and ferry trips to St. John and other Virgin Islands. (Passport required for travel to BVI.)
If you're thinking there's so much to do, but need quality “down time,” then you’ve come to the right place. At Point Pleasant resort you can:
• Relax at your choice of 3 pools.
• Dine at Panga (beyond the Lower pool) in a relaxed island atmosphere.
• Walk/hike Point Pleasant's nature trails and take in the local flora.
• Meander to the trail end and discover secluded Sugar Beach.
Siren Song is aptly named: to see the beauty around her is to hear her song and fall in love. You will not want to leave, but you can always come back.
We've traveled to many parts of the globe, yet we return to the Virgin Islands. Why? St. Thomas is only a short flight away from our home (not much further than Florida) and has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. By spending less time getting to those beaches, we can spend more time on them. The Virgin Islands have such a diversity of land- and seascapes that there is much to explore.
Leslie Valentine purchased this condo in 2012
For over 20 years we have visited the Virgin Islands before discovering Point Pleasant Resort and finding a little piece of paradise. Point Pleasant is located in a hillside nature preserve surrounded with stunning panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Here you have truly escaped the crowds, yet you are close to everything. You can customize your vacation to be as action packed or laid back as you choose, because St. Thomas has is all.
At Siren Song, we hope you experience that magical moment when you step onto her balcony, take in the majestic view of the Caribbean Sea and realize that you've been transported to a tropical paradise and you are home.
Oh my goodness! We had such a great time at Siren Song. Your place is everything we expected and then much more. What a perfect place to stay. Thank you so much!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the space was perfect for two people! It is updated inside and the view is great. The kitchen has a full fridge and all the cookware you need. Leslie was great to work with and check in/check out was easy. A negative you see for this resort in general is that there's a lot of hills/stairs to walk, but this unit was in a location that we were able to walk to the beach, pool and restaurant easily. We would recommend to friends!
My wife and I just spent our 25th Anniversary on St Thomas and had a fantastic experience. The unit was perfect for the two of us. It is well appointed and accommodated everything that we needed. We made several dinners in and most breakfasts and the kitchen worked out great. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos etc. very clean and up to date. The best aspect of this unit is the beautiful easterly view, especially to watch sunrise, from anywhere in the unit. We enjoyed both the A/C, which is in the bedroom, but we also enjoyed the tropical easterly breezes. Leslie is a very personable owner that offered lots of information regarding St Thomas, she evan left us a 25th Ann gift. We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return to Siren Song Villa in the future.

We had an amazing time in St. Thomas! Siren Song was fantastic – it has an amazing view! We loved how the deck doors opened the entire expanse of the deck – and there was always a breeze! You could hear the waves crashing on the shore, and the birds singing – it was beautiful! (and so very relaxing!). The Villa was very well equipped. It was so nice to have beach towels, beach bag, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc so that we didn’t have to take up more room in our suit cases to bring our own. Leslie has thought of everything – literally. From the accommodations in the Villa, to the restaurant recommendations and the suggested shopping and beaches to visit. We will definitely be back!!
Thank you Leslie – for all that you did to make our vacation so wonderful!!!! You definitely went above and beyond with the great accommodations and recommendations, and it is very appreciated!
We stayed at Siren Song villa in early December, for the 2nd time. We were there last year and enjoyed it so much, that we came back for another special vacation. The villa is located directly above the water, and overlooks several nearby islands. The view is spectacular. The villa is perfect for two; it's quite clean, has a king bed, dining room, living room, bath and fully stocked kitchen. The patio doors slide open to let the Caribbean breezes flow through. Leslie provides everything that you need for comfort, including linens, appliances, beach accessories and cookware. She was happy to answer any questions that we had, before our arrival, and provided great instructions on how to find the villa from the airport, where to shop, ferry schedules, and more. We love the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella that she keeps in the villa, for all day trips to the beach. The cooler bag stayed cold all day, on the beach. The property manager is always friendly and courteous. There is Wi-Fi in the villa, and Netflix, for relaxing after a busy day of adventuring! It's just a short drive to Red Hook (about 5 min) where we caught the car ferry to St. John a couple of days, during our stay. There is great swimming and snorkeling nearby, and it's easy to pop over to other islands in the BVI and USVI. Don't forget your passport, if you are heading to the BVI! Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville, is just down the beach, and they serve great breakfast at reasonable rates. We plan to book our next visit to Siren Song Villa very soon!
Words cannot describe how beautiful this villa is! The moment you get there you’ll know you picked the right place. Leslie has not missed a thing when it comes to the decor and island style. The home has all you need to make great memories, and Point Pleasant Resort is immaculate. The first day we walked down to the private little piece of Sugar Beach that is on the Point Pleasant property, it literally looks like your own island oasis. Great snorkeling right on the property too. Bernadette was a perfect host, helping us get in the first night and even bringing over a special gift for our anniversary. We hope to be coming back next year and staying here would be our absolute first choice.
Now just some travel highlights and advice for anyone coming to the Point Pleasant area. Best beach with service: Coki Beach! Ask for Jersey, she is absolutely amazing. Coki has wonderful white sand beach and the water is usually calm, warm and luxurious - no rocks! You can park in front of the cemetery, it cost 5 bucks (if this sketches you out at all, you can park down the street at Coral World too). Chair rental is 10 dollars, then there are local servers working up and down the beach. Buckets of beer, island drinks, and great food from the locals. Snorkeling at Coki is also extremely good, awesome reefs and fish out both sides of the beach.
Another great beach in the area is Smith Bay Beach. It cost 10 dollars to park, but it’s worth every bit. Get here early and you’ll have your own private area. The sand and water is to die for, the views are amazing and there is usually some decent waves each day. This is just a great fun in the sun beach, bring your own beverages and snacks!
We rented a Jeep for the week, and loved the freedom to travel anywhere on the island and to St. John.
Again, Siren Song Villa is a magical place, you and your loved one will enjoy every moment!
We had a fun and relaxing stay at Siren Song Villa. The Villa was clean, fully stocked with everything you need, and very cozy! Leslie was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. The view is gorgeous and was the best way to start our day! Point Pleasant is about a 5-10 minute cab ride to Red Hook costing around $6 per person. Also you can buy an activity pass for $40 a day thru the resort which will shuttle you to and from Red Hook all day and the pass includes snorkel gear, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We took advantage of this since we did not rent a car! Coki beach is close by and within walking distance, great for snorkeling! We loved our stay and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting St. Thomas!
Point Pleasant Resort is nestled into a lush 15-acre island hillside preserve. The gated resort has 3 pools, a small private beach and nature trails to take in breathtaking panaramic views of the Caribbean, St. John and the British Virgin Islands beyond. The Resort is conveniently located on St. Thomas' East End near beaches, fine dining, water sports and activities (i.e., diving, snorkeling, jet skis, fishing, parasailing, boating and zip lining) and ferries to most of the U.S and British Virgin Islands.
