Welcome to our non smoking home away from home on the highly rated Island of Maui where your luxury vacation awaits you with exceptionally valued rates. Many of our guests have expressed this remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath room luxury condo has the feel of being at home but yet in a totally vacation setting. Being located in South Maui's Premier Maui Kamaole Resort Condominiums it is one of the most recently developed first class vacation properties located in Kihei, the sunny and drier part of the island. It is widely noted for its beautiful and exceptionally maintained tropical grounds and amenities.

Maui Kamaole is located across the street from famed Maui Kamaole III Beach which includes a great beach, swings and a large grassy picnic area great for children play areas. Just a couple blocks walk away from the apartment is the lightly populated Keawakapu Beach where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, watching the sunset, or just relaxing on the sandy beach. You are just minutes from the shops at Wailea, boasting world class shopping and award winning dining, and from the renowned golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Grocery shopping and other restaurants are all close by. The guest book provides numerous referrals for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants from their personal experiences.

Our townhouse styled condo with easy specially coded keyless entry (provided upon arrival) is furnished with all the comforts of home, including a King sized bed in the master suite, a Queen sized bed in the second bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the living and dining areas are spacious as accented by the high vaulted ceilings.

Large wall mounted new TV’s are in each bedroom with a large plasma TV in the living room. Also provided for your entertainment are a Blue Ray DVD player and CD stereo system. You will find varied beach and sports equipment located in the storage closet on the large main lanai.

The unit is spacious and luxurious with just about everything you will need for the beach or relaxing at home away from home. Complimentary international telephone service, high speed Wi-Fi internet both in the apartment and poolside, washer/dryer, and the spaciousness of the condo will ensure your comfort and enjoyment while vacationing at this condo.Three individually controlled air-conditioners and ceiling fans ensure appropriate cooling and refreshing air movement throughout the condo.

About Sid Rubin

Although Karen and I enjoy the Pacific Northwest living in the Seattle, WA area we have found the times spent over the past years at our condo at Maui Kamaole to be the little bit of Paradise we are fortunate to be able to share with others.

Sid Rubin purchased this condo in 1998

Why Sid Rubin chose Maui

We fell in love with Maui Kamaole and the island of Maui after visiting the other major Hawaiian Islands and finding although all are a bit different, Maui truly had the Aloha Spirit, the best and most beaches, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities all easily accessible or the tranquil environments for quiet and rest. Maui Kamaole’s very low density property, close location to great beaches, lush landscaping, tranquility and the enthusiasm of the staff convinced us this is truly our home away from home and wanted to share this opportunity so others could also enjoy this slice of Paradise.

What makes this condo unique

While our condo is an upstairs unit with over 1200 square feet of living space it is quite confortable for two couples in their separate bedrooms with a king size bed in the master loft bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living area. The loft bedroom area has an adjacent private lanai for those quiet times of reading while the tropical breeze passes through the louvered segment of the lanai overlooking the lush tropical vegetation. Maui Kamaole is directly across the street from the beachside walking passages extending from Wailea to Kalama Park, approximately 4 miles in distance. The entire apartment including the lanais are non smoking areas.

Our family of four had such an outstanding vacation staying in this condo.



The location in the complex was perfect for easy entering/departing and driving directly to the reserved parking space. We were a very short walk to the Kamaole and Keawakapu beaches with the awesome boogie boarding and waves to play in.



Karen and Sid had everything we could have needed right in the condo-from a fully supplied kitchen (blender, coffee pot, pans, dishes and gadgets, many staples, to beach towels and all the beach toys you would need (boogie boards, snorkels, fins, masks, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers). Everything we needed for the vacation was there for us and didn't need to waste time finding someplace to rent them.



The attention to detail and cleanliness was so evident-this condo is superb!



Prior to arrival Sid provided us with lots of great information about what to do and see during our stay and was always very prompt and courteous in his replies to our inquiries.



Mahalo to Karen and Sid for everything they did for us to have such a wonderful vacation as our first visit to Maui. We look forward to returning soon.

EXCELLENT ACCOMOTIONS - BETTER THAN EXPECTED

On our second trip to Maui, we decided to stay in Kihei for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. The condo was very spacious, exceptionally clean, well equipped and an excellent value for the price. It is very private and we did not hear any outside noise or road traffic. The two pools are heated each with hot tubs and one of the best beaches on Maui across the road from the property. The owner is very knowledgeable of the area and extremely easy to communicate and helpful with arrangements for our visit. We highly recommend staying here, plan to recontact Sid, the owner and plan to come back with the rest of the family in the near future.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

We recently spent several days in Maui for our first visit. The entire process of reserving our condo went very smoothly. Sid was exceptional to work with starting with the first email we felt like we were communicating with a good friend. There were no disappointments with this condo as it is exactly as pictured. The condo is exceptionally clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and well maintained.

There are lots of recreational equipment in the condo to play in the water or relax on the beach in one of the beach chairs. Big benefit is the coded door lock and had no key to carry around . So nice, especially when going to the pool or beach and not having to worry about losing it. We made good use of the heated pools and barbecues at the pool cabana. All the common areas are well kept. Thank you Sid, for being a large part of our wonderful stay in Maui. We can't wait to return and will definitely be contacting you to book again.

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATIONS LIKE BEING AT HOME

From first entry into this condo it had the feeling of being right at home with its many amenities. Staying in the condo were my wife and two kids. Sid, the owner, is very easy to work with and has years of experience and knowledge of the area. We used the fully equipped kitchen with its new appliances, washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans as though we were at home. Eating breakfast and sipping coffee on one of the lanais was a treat while listening to the chirping of the birds.

We stopped at Costco on the way to the condo from the airport and stocked up on groceries and cooked most of our meals in. There are boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel gear and a lot of other beach equipment in the storage area off the main lanai, The close by reserved parking was a treat when unloading the car. The beds are very comfortable and welcomed after a busy day. I have strongly recommended this unit to friends and family without reservation and looking forward to returning.

OUTSTANDING CONDO, OUTSTANDING VACATION

We had an outstanding vacation in an outstanding condo by renting from this very attentive and responsive owner.

The condo was in excellent condition with new furnishings and appliances. The kitchen was well equipped with more than sufficient utensils and cookware. Having stayed in other vacation locations this condo is the cleanest and best stocked of other places we have stayed. There were plenty of beach supplies (beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, sun umbrellas, cooler, etc.) provided as well.

The complex features two swimming pools with gas barbecues conveniently located throughout the property. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. It was an excellent condo for a vacation, highly recommend it and have already made a return reservation . It was a pleasure to work directly with the owner rather than a property manager. Sid even furnished us with a list of suggestions from previous guests of places to go, things to do, shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to our return.

Great Condo, great location, great deal

I rented this Maui Kamaole Condo in March 2016 for myself and another couple. Its a very nice, super well maintained condo in the Maui Kamaole complex just south of Kamaole 3 beach. The condo is furnished very nicely and the kitchen is well equipped. The king bedroom is upstairs and has wood blinds to divide it from the lower living area or open to allow a good circulation of air. The queen bedroom is at the rear of the unit and faces the parking area/pool. The living room faces west and has small views of the ocean and other units/tress/plants. The patio is big and has its own 4 place table. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room circulate the air well. Many nights we slept with the patio doors open and the AC off. AC units are in the living room and the 2 bedrooms and can be adjusted individually, and worked great. The unit cools down fast when you turn on the AC units. We were able to use one of the many gas grills in the complex to cook on. The walk to the beach is downhill and about 2-3 blocks. Excellent communication from the owner. This unit will be high on my list of places to stay at if I get back to Maui.

Couldn't have asked for a more hospitable and helpful host

Sid went out of his way to make our first trip to Maui a success. From proactively contacting me with information regarding condo information and payment logistics, to a handful of thoughtful ways of saving us time! This included:

offering me an alternative for after-hours check-in,

sending me information from past lodgers about South Kihei and area attractions,

keeping tupperware in the pantry,

providing an audio guided tour for the road to Hana in the condo for our use, and more

Also, the place was clean and well-maintained, very comfortable, quiet (it's up from the main thoroughfare) and the complex's staff amenities were excellent.
