The villa is one of the very few villas in Marbella, that has obtained the Andalucia quality licence: VFT/MA/08326, that is obligatory for all such service establishments starting 2016.

The property lies in the heart of Elviria and is ideal as a holiday home. The villa is completely furnished and decorated with care, has a good distribution of space and its interior is kept ample. The main floor comprises of an entrance, a guest bathroom and a fully fitted, modern kitchen with breakfast area and a big storage. Furthermore, there is a modern and ample living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace which allows views to the garden and pool. The 50 sqm all year heated pool is 1-2m deep and the heating cost (upto 28 degrees) is incl in the rental fee. There is a bedroom with en suite bathroom as well. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a huge walk in wardrobe. Here you can enjoy lovely views from one of the terraces to the sea. The garden boasts a pool and enough space for having a bath in the sun and children can play around. The outside sitting area is cosy and perfect for a dinner and or a bbq outside. Furthermore, the property has marble floors, a/c , various tv channels and internet connection. Parking for 2 cars on the plot and 2/3 cars in the under garage. This house is ideal for holidays as there is a nice pedestrian road and you can walk in approx. 10 minutes to the commercial centre of Elviria and from there approx 10 min further to the beach.

It is new on the market and just got first customers for 7 weeks and 9 weeks this year and therefore is booked till end of June 2017

The villa is rather new; first used 2004. A traditional Andalucia style with terraces and balconies; built so that most of the year you do not need AC H/C. Very good planning; architecture and equipped like your home or much better than a traditional rental villa.

What makes this villa unique

Near to several international schools and therefore very attractive to maxirents of 7-10 weeks. It is away from noisy beach and club areas, but at the same time easily reachable to urb centre and beaches.

Great House in a Great Location

This Villa is what made our vacation such an unforgetable one. The wife and I and our three kids enjoyed spending time at this wonderful location. Sometimes it was too much time, as we stayed in the villa more than we did outside. But isn't that what vacations are for??

I would highly recommend staying here, such a quiet area, with a lot of restaurant within walking distance and just a great house. Made us feel just like home.

This is my family's first visit to Spain, and they want to go back very soon because of this house. Urmas, the owner was very helpful and was in continus contact with us to make sure we had everything we wanted.

Can't wait to go back and stay here again..

A nice pedestrian road takes you down to the urb centre and beach. This might be considered as elementary, but not at several places in Marbella and surroundings, where the only possibility to get out is to use a car. After dinner walk up to the villa (10-20 min) is very healthy
