This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is just two miles to U of A's Wildcat Stadium, downtown business & nightlife. During your stay in Tucson you will have easy access to tourist spots, shopping & eating. Public transportation is available by bus, taxi, Lyft or Uber. The bus stop is about four blocks away. The paved bike path just feet away from the house leads to Fourth Avenue downtown. It's about a 2 1/2 mile walk/ride. The bike path is an excellent place for morning or evening runs/jogs.


The home is just blocks (5 minutes) away from Reid Park (one of the largest parks in the city with an enclosed dog walk area and rose garden), Tucson Zoo, Randolph Golf Course and Hi Corbett Field. You are literally minutes away from the University of Arizona Wildcat Stadium or Tucson downtown shopping and nightlife. Drive downtown using Aviation Parkway and you will be there in approximately 6 minutes. Several guests have stayed here who had events at the Kino Sports complex which is only about 10 minutes away.

Our neighborhood is a typical middle class area of Tucson. The neighbors behind us have lived there for nearly thirty years. Several other neighbors are also "old-timers." You might see on the map that the house is in proximity to a rail yard, but noise is NOT a problem inside the home. Laura said in relationship to sleep that "Neither was bothered by noise." Louise mentioned that the house is "in a quiet corner of the neighborhood." We personally lived in this house for 3 years.

The place was adorable, homie, and well stocked. In fact this was the most well stocked that I have ever been in. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of snack foods and the bathrooms were filled with everything you would ever need. This made it feel like I was just relaxing at home with my family. Great place! Highly recommended!

Great experience

The care and effort an owner makes goes a long way to structuring one’s stay at a home. Tim did this in several ways and we were very satisfied with our stay in his home. He made sure to meet us when we arrived, he stocked the home with all sorts of provisions, and he was very attentive to our needs during our stay.

Our group had just been cycling in the mountains around Palm Desert, California and were in Tucson for three more days of riding up mountains. /we left each morning and returned in the evening. Two of the nights we cooked in the home.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home.

We would rent it again, should the opportunity arise.

Very nice!

Cute little house with enough space for a family. VERY well stocked with bottle of water, tons of condiments, coffee, and lots of extras in bathrooms in case you forgot anything. Owners were very attentive and clearly want to be sure your needs are met :)

The house was spacious (there were four of us) and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed.
