Beautiful and conveniently located pool villa

This is a 3 bedroom villa, set in a cul-de-sac, and typical in design of the local area.

The villa is semi-detached and represents excellent value for a family or group of friends looking to be close to the Marina area of Vilamoura.

The property has a private pool and is adequately furnished for a rental property.

The Marina is approximately 1000m away, and here you will find an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.

Direct access to communal area with pool, garden and tennis court.

Commencement and termination of occupation: 1) Guests must Check In in our reception office in Vilamoura; 2) a refundable deposit will be required in the amount of: €30 (for the loss or damages in the accommodation keys), €100 for breakages); 3) guests may occupy the rented accommodation from 16:00 hours on the agreed day, or from such other time as may be clearly arranged with your accommodation supplier; 4) guests are expected to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 hours, or from such other time as may be clearly arranged with your accommodation supplier, on the day of departure; 5) flight details are required when booking is confirmed. If flight details are not correctly informed, Vilamoura-Villas will not be responsible for any arrival after office hours (9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm).

We loved this villa! It is big, comfortable, air conditioned with a lovely pool. It is in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the supermarket and Marina which is lively with a large number of bars and restaurants. We ate there most evenings, but also at Frango's further into town (great food and very good value).

We hired a car but ended up not using it much.

We will definitely book it again in the future, and recommend it to friends and family.

Our 2 teenage children are planning to invite friends to come with us next year.

If I have any criticism (and it is minor) it is only that there was no "welcome pack" or similar with milk, bread and cheese to see us over the first evening, and also no washing up liquid, dishcloth or spare toilet rolls. Whilst these are not essential, they are an inexpensive way of making you feel welcome and make your stay easy.

We had a fantastic holiday - thank you.

Women's Yearly Holiday.

Just back from holidays in Portugal. We stayed in the Villa Caracas in Villamoura. The Villa was excellent, plenty of room & very clean. There were 6 of us & we had no problems at this Villa. It is in an ideal location, just a short walk to the Restaurants, Bars, & of course the beautiful Marina. I would recommend this Villa to anyone & we hope to go back again. Julie Mc Cluskey.

Fabulous week. excellent villa

Just back from a week in Portugal (villa Caracas) supplied by Vilamoura Villas. What a lovely villa, so spacious and each of the 3 large bedroom with its own large onsuite bathroom, loads of storage space good sized kitchen, lounge & dining room. The villa which is very clean and comfortable has everything a family or group will need. The pool is a good size and cleaned regularly. The garden and patio are spacious and well maintained. Only 10 mins walk to the marina . Fabulous location!! Paulo from Vilamoura Villas was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. Thanks Paulo 😊

Perfect villa, perfect location

We had the villa booked for a week in July for a family of 6 including 2 grandparents and 2 children (3&7). The villa suited our needs perfectly. It was well managed and all our transfers etc were brilliantly planned. The villa was well situated for the marina and the beaches, only a short walk, which all our party managed easily. It is close to a grocery shop and right on the tourist train route. The villa itself was well stocked, clean and in good order. The pool and garden were excellent for the children. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and would be happy to stay in it again.

Pleasant Stay

I booked three villas for 10 days during Easter with this being one. The neighborhood is very peaceful with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Rooms were of a good size and the beds comfy enough. There is a small pool in the back garden and a large shared pool, garden and tennis court behind the villa.

The staff at Villamoura Villas were very helpful. I would stay here again and would book through Villamoura Villas again.

Beautiful tranquil location

Just back from spending a week at this delightful villa. Thanks to Paulo, who found us exactly what we were looking for before hand, and was very helpful! Will start with our only negative!! We arrived at the office to get keys to villa, and were greeted by a very unfriendly, I presume manager who came with us to the villa.Whilst asking questions about tennis equipment etc we found him to be quite rude and unhelpful. Mayby 'he' needs a holiday!! The villa was very spacious, with more than you could ever need in the very well equipped kitchen. Lounge and bedrooms all very spacious and comfortable, with ample storage. 3 onsuite bathrooms which was ideal with 3 girls.The tennis court and shared pool just at our gate was a huge plus for our 3 teenage girls. They spent most of the time there as the pool was a little warmer, and had it all week to themselves. (We did manage to borrow tennis equipment ) from our lovely cleaner Elisa. She was great, came in every day to change towels, remove rubbish etc. The area was very quiet, enclosed and safe for any of you with small kids. If like us you just wanted a car free relaxing holiday, this is the place. Across the road & through a park area you will find a huge supermarket, stocked with everything you will need. Also around the corner & up a 'little steep hill' as our 80yr old father commented, you will be in the Old Village where there are restaurants and supermarkets. The walk to the Marina is an effortless one at just 10 minutes, full of every kind of restaurant you could imagine and the most beautiful Vilamoura beach beside it. Plenty to do from this lovely location. Will definitely be looking to book it again.

Lovely villa in an excellent location

We arrived early and cleaners were still at the villa. We were able to leave our luggage while we went for lunch until it was ready. Villa was a 15 minute walk from the marina and 10 minutes from the old village. The villa had plenty of space inside and out. It was located in a quiet residential area. We walked to and from the marina every evening. No need for a car. There was a large communal pool which we used each afternoon as there was never anyone else using it and the villa pool was just a bit too cold. We had no hot water one evening but spoke to the gardener/pool man who was working in the garden at the time and he contacted his wife the cleaner who stays by the communal area and she immediately replaced the gas tank which had run out. Problem solved. Only negative was the rat we seen running along the back of the garden several times during our stay. 3.5 star rating

Vilamoura Europe’s largest private tourist development, is a blend of luxury hotels, apartments and villas, supported by extensive commercial services and leisure facilities.

There is five 18-hole golf courses , a horse riding centre, an Olympic shooting club, a lawn bowling club, a tennis centre and sport centres offering squash, badminton, weight training and aerobics. Joggers have cross-country trails.

And of course there is always the beach. Three kilometres of golden sands pollution free and blue-flagged lay directly before Vilamoura.
