A 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with Peak 9 Views

Our building is situated below Peak 9 in the Four Seasons/Warrior's Mark neighborhood of beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. It's perfectly located because a short (5-10 min) walk will have you on the QuickSilver or Beaver Run Super Chairs, while a couple of minutes in the other direction will land you on Breckenridge's historic Main Street. If that's too much walking, the local (free!) shuttle stops directly outside the front door.

Just renovated and refurnished over the Summer '15, our 2nd Floor, 2-level unit is bright and comfortable, offering views of Peak9 from the living area and from the master loft bedroom. Just open your eyes for the snow report and mountain conditions!

Our condo sleeps 5. The loft bedroom has one queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed (ideal for a couple and child).

The brand-new kitchen is well-appointed and should have everything you need for preparing meals and beverages and has seating for 5. Or, in warmer weather, take the cooking outside - we have a great deck facing south-west for Colorado sunshine and a new gas Weber for grilling.

The 50" Full HD flat panel in the living area is equipped with a Roku4 streaming box, with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and HBO accounts for our guests. There's a new 32" TV in the Master Bed with Roku as well. We don't have traditional "live" TV, but some of our streaming apps do offer live content. Our free WiFi downloads around 25 mbps.

Miner's Candle shares access to the Columbine Pool House (about 40 yards away), where you'll find 4 Jacuzzi hot tubs (2 indoor/2 outdoor) and a heated outdoor pool with locker rooms and showers.

Why Jay Randall chose Warrior's Mark

We purchased our Breckenridge home away from home in the fall of 2012. As avid snowboarders and long-time admirers of Breck in all seasons, we thought that Miner's Candle was situated perfectly between the mountain and everything that the town had to offer - the perfect short escape from Denver and a respite from I-70's weekend traffic.

We've finally brought the condo up to date with a huge renovation, and we're looking forward to all of the family adventures it will bring us in the years to come.

We're also looking forward to sharing our home with others - locals, regulars and of course those lucky enough to be experiencing Breckenridge for the first time.

Breckenridge's 69,000 sqft Recreation Center is just a short drive or long walk from Miner's Candle - indoor tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, work-out facilities, a climbing wall, sauna, spas, a great indoor pool with water slide, and a skate-park. Maggie Pond Ice Skating - less than a 5 minute walk Breckenridge Brewery - 3 Blocks Away Stephen C. West Ice Arena - just on the other side of Main Street. Perfect family get away.

We loved our stay at Miners Candle #4. Everything we needed was provided and the location was great. It was comfy for my husband and I and our two daughters. The kitchen was well equipped which was great since they enjoy cooking. Our only complaint was our stay was to short. Hope to come back soon.

Great condo! Walking distance to slopes!

My husband and I went with another couple and loved it! It had a very cozy feel and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Terrific location - would recommend

We are a family of 4 with two boys ages 7 & 9. The setup of the condo is really good with the two twin beds separated from the main bedroom.

Kitchen is well stocked. Electronics setup was great for us with WiFi and access to Netflix for the kids to chill out after a day of skiing. The pool/hot tubs are close and very nice with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

Favorite part for me was the location. It's walkable to the Quicksilver lift & slopes, but also a short walk to downtown (just a couple blocks).

Jay made check-in/check-out really easy and was available any time I had a question.

My only negative (and it is small) is that the unit is heated by gas fireplace. Works really well and we were never cold. But, a little hard to get unit just the right temp as it could get a little too warm in the bedrooms. But, like I said, this was minor and mostly our fault for not figuring out best way to use it.

We were very satisfied and would recommend staying in this beautiful condo!

The owners were friendly and very helpful, answering all of our questions and responding quickly to our emails. The condo is beautiful, clean and worked perfectly for our family. We walked downtown daily, sat on the deck to drink coffee each morning and enjoyed the fresh, cool mountain air. We would stay here again!

Cozy well equipped and updated.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was cozy and in a good location. Many updates have been done and the kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Beds were nice and everything was very clean.
