This is a great house in a convenient location to so much great recreation. We were there to go to Harriman State Park and the Mesa Falls area. It's not too far from Yellowstone and Grand Teton. The town of Ashton is small, but there a few good dining options, and a grocery store.
The house worked out well for us. Plenty of room for the four of us, and the kitchen has about everything you will need for meal prep. The living room furniture was really comfortable, and they have a nice selection of books. This librarian was tempted to just curl up and read all weekend!
The neighbor's dog gave us a warm welcome and was a big hit with my kids.
I want to come back for cross country skiing in the winter!
Great location! We had everything we needed. Close to BYU – I and Yellowstone. Thank you
We stayed in this comfortable home for a week to visit Yellowstone and Gran Teton. The property in is a prime location to visit several other great attractions as well. This home is well stocked and had all the comforts and accommodations necessary for a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it feel just like home. We enjoyed hearing our son playing the piano while we sat next to the outdoor fire pit which had plenty of wood available. The owner was very attentive to our needs and is a pleasure to converse with. We are very happy to have found this place and look forward to renting it again as it made for a great vacation. We highly recommend this gem!
We loved the house, and Steve is wonderful to work with. This was the perfect half-way point between Yellowstone and the Tetons, and we loved that Mesa Falls is so close. The house was very clean and well-stocked; very nice to come home to after a long day of sightseeing!
We were a family of 6--2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids. Everything is as described and better. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The house was clean and well cared for. There is room for everyone and no crowding. Steve is very accessible and responsive. Another positive from our perspective, the golden retriever from next door is just a hoot! We loved this place.
This house was perfect for our family. We traveled into Yellowstone and the Teton Mountains! Lots of driving but it was the perfect place in between both places! The river was great for the boys and they caught plenty of rainbow trout for dinner!
