I have a great townhouse near to the Ballpark. It is in Navy Yard close to a ton of new restaurants, 2 blocks from the Metro and walking distance to the Mall/Capitol/Museums. There are 2 full bedrooms available with queen beds, a queen air mattress, a twin air mattress and a couch for sleeping. Tons of kitchen equipment available for your use. A cat lives in this house in case there are allergies.

Not as expected or as advertised
The home was not in a very good neighborhood as advertised. The house was very cluttered. There were very few flat surfaces that were clear of owner's stuff that could be used for our items. The refrigerator was 95% full of owner's stuff and the freezer was completely full. We could not use the kitchen since there was no where to store the food that needed to be refrigerated. The lock in the front door knob was missing. There was no access to the back door due to the clutter. With all of these issues, the rate per night was and is excessive. When I discovered these issues, we were already there and could not change locations.
To top it all off, the owner has refused to refund the complete damage deposit. The owner claimed I stole 2 Apple chargers and cables and therefore withheld part of my deposit to replace these items. I take issue with this claim and implication that I would take something that does not belong to me. I provide my own charging equipment for me and my family. There is only 1 IPhone in my family. The owner is mistaken with this claim and apparently refusing to acknowledge this fact. Renter beware!
