Our place is conveniently positioned close to Downtown Vancouver, highway access and The Heights, a great local shopping area. It's brand new, brightly lit from the sun, aesthetically modern and very comfortable. The apartment is situated within a quaint, centrally-located neighbourhood with great connectivity to the rest of the city by bike, car or transit. When you're not inside enjoying the comfort and amenities this gem has to offer, you can enjoy the many restaurants, coffee shops, stores and parks close by.

'The Heights' is a wonderful neighborhood. No shortage of specialty stores along Hastings including delis, bakeries, coffee shops and groceries/produce stores. Two pubs are within walking distance with live bands and karaoke. Great selection of restaurants ranging from casual and high end dining which serve Italian, Thai, Japanese, Greek, Chinese and French. Parks and hiking/ jogging trails are mere minutes away.
You have direct access 1km away to Highway 1 from here and can be on it within 2 min by car. This location is also very close to Hastings & Boundary which will get you directly to downtown Vancouver heading west, Metrotown Mall heading south and Simon Fraser University heading east. BCIT is approximately 15 min away by car and direct bus access is within 5 min walk from your apartment. Nearby bus also provides direct connection to SkyTrain stations nearby

After lots of fruitless searching and false starts, we found this place that seemed a little too good to be true. But it wasn't - everything was as described. Small, but well-equipped with very modern decor and appliances, this little apartment was everything we needed for a 4-night stay in Vancouver. The only downsides were more an American expectation vs. Canadian reality thing: the small shower stall, the spotty cable service, no air-conditioning. Nothing major enough to knock a star off. Definitely recommended!
'3522' is, as a picture slogan for the building says, a Modern Gem. Its being near the Kootenay (bus) Link helped us who travel without a car and the buses from there go places most tourists in Vancouver would want to go. The suite is very well lit and equipped and even has two coffee makers: one specially for espresso fans.
If, like the writer one is over 6 feet 3 inches tall, the bed is less long than ideal. Otherwise one would be pressed to find much to have a reservation about. Marco and Dianne are helpful and friendly.
