Enjoy this beautiful 1 bedroom condo with new Casper brand mattress and hardwood flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Also provided are: toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, mixer, blender, electric griddle, Calphalon stainless cookware and baking ware.

The condo has a NEW queen size Casper brand bed with high thread count linens and two large couches, 40in flat screen TV, Cable, WiFi/internet, wireless printer, A/C, cooler, beach towels and blow dryer. Parking in the building available.

The building Foster Tower is located on Kalakaua Avenue between the Marriott and Pacific Beach Hotel. The building is the most desirable and popular condominium building in Waikiki. You are right in front of the beach and ocean. There is a big enclosed lagoon where children can swim and play.

Rent a surfboard and surf at the popular surf- breaks Queens and Canoes that are right in front of the building.

Go swimming in the nice and big heated salt-water pool on the 4th floor.

You have free access to the gym and sauna on the 1st floor.

Laundry facilities and library are on the 2nd floor. Additional rest rooms on the 4th floor

Great Space-Perfect Location

Two months in Waikiki at Jan & Ron's condo was incredible. From the first email to the check out process, Jan & Ron were thorough and attentive owners.

The condo is in a well kept building with security, parking, laundry, and a pool. Plus the views are wonderful all day. Sunrise, sunset, surfers, sailboats and skateboarders. From a well stocked kitchen to a comfortable living area and great wifi, Jan & Ron have a great rental.

The best part is the location, two blocks from Kapiolani Park where you can take yoga classes, surf lessons, have delicious food at the beach cafe and walk to Diamond Head.

We can't wait to go back!

Does not sleep 5 people

The positives are that the condo is in a great location, which we loved. The owner was nice at the time to allow us to stay an additional two days.

As Mario Y wrote, the condo does not sleep 5 at all. It has a queen bed with a bare piece of plywood under the mattress and if you shift in the bed the mattress slides halfway off on the plywood board. We got splinters from it sticking out from the bed. It isn't safe and I have no idea why someone would put a ply wood board between a mattress and a boxspring unless they don't want to buy a new mattress because the old one provides no support.

Besides the queen bed, there is one small loveseat sized pull out that could maybe sleep one more person. Ideally three people and no more can comfortably sleep here. My daughter and I slept on different sections of the large couch as we are a family of five. The condo also gets hot and the AC doesn't cool the living room much. There are a lot of fans that you have to keep going at once and it is still warm in the living room.

Other than that the condo is nice, while it may not work for 5 people, two people would be very comfortable there and three would be fine. The kitchen is well stocked, it has great security and parking, and a great location. My biggest piece of advice would be to install a brand new mattress and get rid of the plywood board on the queen bed. I feel I am being pretty fair for sleeping on a couch for a month in Hawaii.

The Foster Tower is a well established property in the heart of Waikiki.

The property consists of owners, long term leasors and holiday renters staying a month or more in duration. It has 24 hour "live" security as well as resident maintenance and property management. The street level is leased to the Cheeseburger in Paradise Restaurant with a busy clientele from breakfast at 7am till close at 11pm. Our unit was very comfortable and we'll equipped, from kitchen utensils and dishes to pots and pans. Although the bed is only a queen ( smaller than we are used to ) it was comfortable and we slept well every night. The owner is polite and accommodating, something we greatly appreciate, and the manager Vicki very responsive and helpful. We will return to this property in the future.

Our Hawaiian Condo Gem.

This Condo is everything it says and shows in the Ad. It has all the cookware and amenities of home. Sitting across from Wakakii beach, makes the location ideal.

Ron Atha is very easy to deal with and is very prompt with any communication.

His local manager Vicki White is quick to help with any questions or concerns.

Foster Towers is a well maintained building with 24 hour security.

The condo comes with a parking stall in a secure parkade.

This is very good when one rents a car.

We would lease this condo again without question and highly recommend it.

Fantastic location

Great place & fantastic location. Would recommend to all. Extremely nice pool. Very secure building with the best security guard!

Covered parking included. On site help, outstanding people that became dear friends. Very kind & welcoming people live in this building.

Nice property, but the description is very misleading! Sleeps only 3 people.

I stayed with my family of 4 at Foster Towers from July 13-27th. When first

entering the unit with the property manager, Vicki, was just finishing

cleaning up the unit. She was having some issues with cleaning up the

range. Looks like the last tenant had damaged the range. I'm not sure what

kind of inspection was done to the rest of the apartment, if she was just

finishing up cleaning. We were allowed to check in early, so it seems that

an exit inspection wasn't done from the previous tenants.

We took pictures of the rest of the apartment, but we didn't think we

needed to try out all the furniture to make sure if it was broken or not?

It was probably the second or third day when we first tried sitting on the

stool and we noticed it was creaking, so we decided not to use it for the

remainder of the stay. There is no way for us to have known it was already

broken, nor did it look broken when leaving. It was sitting up right and

had no signs of being damaged to naked eye.

The property owner is now holding 10% of the security deposit

originally paid, claiming that we damaged his stool we did not!

Another complaint I have is the regarding our stay is the misrepresentation

regarding sleeping arrangements. Even though it shows

there is bedding for up-to 5, bedding was only provided for 3. We had to

have one of guests sleep on a couch, which is not meant for sleeping. The

couch is not a comfortable sleeping arrangement. I believe a 25% refund of

the original payment is fair as I was mislead and so was my family.

Sleeping on a couch for two weeks is very hard on your back!
