An 'economy' option in Long Beach
While the location was very convenient to the Long Beach Convention Center, the apartment itself is rather worn out. The small bathroom had a leaky faucet in a small sink, the shower stall looked every bit of 25+ years, and the kitchen was not worth that name tag.
The price was right for what you got.
What a great experience, the location was perfect for local food and Uber. It was clean and neat and didn't have any problems, they were very accommodating to my travel needs! Would definitely stay again sometime!!!
Great Location for business stay
Cozy studio within walking distance from Long Beach convention center and places to eat.
You have a parking spot which I imagine is hard to get otherwise and lots of extra things that make the stay comfortable: bottled waters, coffees, creamer, oatmeal.
The studio is attached to a main house so you do hear people above you at times, and there is no thermostat control. We needed the heat turned down. It’s a densely populated area so it’s not really quiet but the location is the main draw here. Couch and TV are old and need updating. Shower floor needed to be scrubbed.
A cosy little studio, which met our needs in every way
This is a cosy little studio, which met our needs in every way.
We stayed for six nights as part of our four week driving tour of California, it made a nice change from hotels.
The studio was extremely well equipped, all in good well maintained condition, carefully planned to make use of the space and had ample secure car parking space. The owner provided lots of extras, like a good supply of coffee for the machine and bottled water in the fridge.
Situated in a quiet residential area, a short walk from the beach, the Queen Mary and the restaurants of the East Village, while also being a good base for driving into Los Angeles.
We particularly enjoyed being able to sit out on the porch, for a glass of wine in the evenings and breakfasts in the mornings.
We would highly recommend this property and thank the owner for making our stay everything we had hoped for and more.
Awesome little bungalow!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved that there was a driveway to park in, as that is not common to the area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Anna was very helpful and got back to us very quickly when we had qustions. There were 2 chairs for us to barrow and take to the beach. This place was perfect for what we needed! Very close to the beach! We could walk there and to restuarants, including the famous Roscoe's!
Studio was very close to everything we needed and had great parking. Anna was incredibly helpful. Thanks again.
