This is a great home to come to and relax after a day of traveling or business or just getting away in a romantic private house. This house has 3 bedrooms with the 4th detached bedroom. It has 1 King size bed, 2 Queens beds, 1 single sofa bed. It has 3 dining tables and a pool table. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a wood burning oven and a grill and a fresh herbal garden. There are also two covered patios and a beautiful pool. The entire house is decorated with unique and fun artifacts that are tastefully arranged.

We like to collect interesting artifacts and artwork, We have made the house a unique place that can be enjoyed and admired by our guests. We've been living in this house for more than 23 years. We have put lots of love into this house. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a private backyard. Our town has a lively downtown with many restaurants and bars. To us, a house has to be inspiring and relaxing. We wish you the best stay and will do all that we can to make your stay memorable.

Great house and perfect location for Disney experience.
Bedrooms were perfect size for 3 couples and the spa was a big hit after 2 long days at Disneyland. House tastefully decorated and very cozy. Definately stay again!
We had a wonderful three night stay in this amazing home. The posted photos do not do justice to this beautiful property. Beautiful backyard with a pool and hot tub that heated up in about 20 min, gourmet kitchen, comfy beds, luxury baths, fun decor, and plenty of space for three couples .... I could go on and on! On top of that, our hosts were amazing and helpful while still respecting our privacy. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area. Thanks for a great weekend!

First, I want to thank the owners for accommodating my family which was a group of nine, including two children. Even with this number the house seemed open and spacious. Overall, the house felt like a home and is very well decorated and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The outdoor pool and hot tub are are perfect for enjoying the Southern California climate daytime and evening. Everyone in Our group enjoyed the stay and loved the place. The only shortcomings anyone mentioned was the slight ant problem in one of the bedrooms where ants were entering through a window and also the shower water temperature was on the cooler side even when turned up all the way. Besides that, the place was fantastic. I would recommend your place to anyone and would surely stay here again if in the area.
house isn't as clean as you expect when u get there .It was about 8 pm on a Sunday and the owner barged in the house to take pictures of my family saying that it was her home and we couldn't have this many people over, even though it didn't state that in the contract, I have a big family about 20 counting me and my wife and my teenage daughter and her few friends she invited over(3).The owner also went ahead and took pictures of my 15 year old daughter and her friends. At 5 am on a Saturday my daughter decided to go in the pool for a morning swim. She was making 0 noise and yet the owner sent me very rude text tell me to be quite. aside from all of that the owner took away from my safety deposit because of normal wear and tear for example the pool was dirty because of the plats fall out but the house was sparkling clean when it was out time to depart. over all very unconfutable stay would never stay at these house again.
We ask you our future guests, as well as HomeAway to disregard this poor evaluation because it is simply a mean review written by an unfair and dishonest guest.
This guest should have rented a ballroom for his event not a home advertised for 7 people. It is people like this who give a bad reputation to short-term rental properties and cause communities to ban short-term rentals.
Up to this point you will find our guests have rated us 5 stars on Homeaway or other short term rental sites because we genuinely want them to have a pleasant stay. We have never had 4 stars or less. We have a team that cleans the house meticulously and we have stocked it with all the supplies that guests would need.
If you look at our house policies posted on the Homeaway, you clearly see that we don’t allow large parties at our property and we allow only 7 guests. We have two homes and we live next to our rental property so we care about what happens in our house like any other home owner in the neighborhood.
If you view our communications with this guest with “texts and replies”, you’ll notice based on his own admission he had more than 20 people in our home. In our observation, there were many more like 50. The bottom line is they live locally and they wanted a place to have a Quiñceanera/birthday party for their
15 year-old daughter. They never disclosed that they were having a large event type party. It became obvious what their true intention was to save money on renting a reception hall. They were very loud throughout the day and night to the point that we had to go there at 5:30 am to ask them to keep the noise level down.
We did take a few pictures of the long tables that they set up in the backyard and the large number of kids in the pool as well as teenagers smoking pot in front of the house, but not of any particular person.
Despite these strained circumstances, we respectfully allowed them to continue to have their party and didn’t call the authorities and allowed them to stay until 4 p.m. much later than the check-out time of 11 a.m.
By having such a large group and party they damaged many little items not worth mentioning here, but significant overuse of the pool required that we hire a pool cleaning service to get the pool back to acceptable standards for use. We are receiving this malicious review because of clear disregard of the statement in our contract that any false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
Our stay at this property was perfectly relaxing! We stayed with our family of four (including a 7 month old and 4 year old) and couldn't have been happier or more comfortable. As anyone who has traveled with kids can tell you, it's a bit of a stressful experience at times but this property was a perfect place to call home for a few days. We spent the time between Disneyland (only a short 10 minute drive away) and LA sightseeing. Upon our arrival we felt welcomed and immediately comfortable, the owners even provided a basket of books and toys for our 4 year old to play with. The pool and backyard are also a tranquil place to enjoy some family time and includes a very nice grill to cook up some meals. The kitchen is large and the family style table was a great place to relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and very clean.
The communication before arrival, check-in and during our stay was excellent. It is very obvious that the owners take pride in this property and make every effort to ensure their guests are comfortable.
Overall, our stay was great and highly recommend to others looking to relax while enjoying the Disney parks or shooting over to LA for the day!

We love LA! But getting around Southern California requires driving in its notorious track jams. During rush hours, traffic can take 10% to 100% in some areas. Guests/Parties • We are expecting the same number of guests at the time of booking. if you are inviting friends to visit, please let us know in advance. Large Parties are not allowed. • Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise/music to a reasonable level especially after 10 pm. Pets • Small dogs (max. 2) under 20 pounds may be allowed. There is an additional $100 charge per dogs. • Proper pet food bowls are available. Pool/Spa • Using the pool and spa is at your own risk. Please assure your safety by using good judgment around water. The deepest section of the pool is only 6 feet. Jumping from the wall is prohibited. • You are welcome to heat up the spa, but heating the pool has a fee of $50.00 per day due to gas costs. Asking for help • Refer to our “home guide” to learn how to operate the remotes, coffee maker, etc. • We live close by, Please ask us for help if there are any challenges you may be having related to our home and we will promptly assist you.
