2100 sq ft townhome, perfect for the whole family to unwind after a day at the beach or fishing.
Come to Navarre to enjoy the sugar white beaches, the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico or snorkle at the new artificial reefs in the Gulf or the Santa Rosa Sound.
3 Bedrooms; 1 King, 2 Queen. Also a bunk/play room for the kids with bunk beds, futon and trundle (unit sleeps 8), 2 full baths, kitchen, washer and dryer. Parking for 3 cars.
Complex is on Santa Rosa Sound with pool, boat slips and great fishing!
We are located across the street from the beach. There are two public access points within a quarter mile either East or West go Gulf Blvd. The State Park with the fishing pier is the access point East.
Mike and Amy Foley bought this unit because we absolutely love Navarre Beach! We love the space the townhome offers, the pool, the Sound and of course the easy access to the most beautiful beaches in the United States!
Mike Foley purchased this townhome in 2004
This townhome give us a lot of room to spread out. The kids can spend time downstairs while the adults are on the main floor.
The complex has a nice, quite pool on the Santa Rosa Sound. The sound also offers hours of entertainment for the kids hunting for hermit crabs, fishing and playing in the sand.
Had a wonderful stay at this townhome. Every thing was as described. Mike the owner was easily accessible and generous with our check in and check out time. I appreciated being able to walk on the beach before I left and not feeling rushed to pack up and leave. Townhome is situated perfectly to enjoy all of Navarre Beach, Santa Rosa sound, the Pier and restaurants. All are within easy walking distance. The house was clean and had anything you could possibly need for cooking. I would definitely recommend this townhome to others.
Spacious, great price, convenient location! We would definitely return to this townhome!
Mike was very easy to deal with. I initially called to inquire about a previous review. He answered honestly, and didn't try to avoid my questions. Deposit, balance, and check in procedures were very easy and smooth. He was also very gracious and allowed us to check out late as 2 of us were running a 1/2 marathon the day we checked out, and really wanted to come back after the race and shower before heading home. Garage is HUGE...you could easily put 2 small cars in there, 1 in the driveway, and 1 in the assigned space across from the unit.
Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean! The walk to the beach was very easy, and the multi purpose path that runs along Navarre and into the state park was a fabulous place for a run each morning. If you are a cyclist, it would be a great place to bring your bike(s).
A few things to be aware of (kind of an FYI)...the downstairs bonus room (where we put all the kids) smelled a bit musty after a day or so with the window unit running. My presumption is that because the window unit condenses right outside that room, and there really isn't anywhere for the moisture to go, that is where the smell originates. Let me be clear...it wasn't overwhelming, and the kids didn't care. Just an FYI.
Also...at the time of our visit (this could have been fixed by now) the freezer (presumably the ice maker) was dripping into the fridge. We kept a bowl under the drip, and emptied it a couple times a day. Again...not a huge deal, but it did impede a tad on our fridge space. With 3 families, that was a slight inconvenience (although not a deal breaker)
Parents of small children should note that the mid level bathroom only has a shower. I personally loved the large space, but when our youngest child was a toddler she would scream as if she were being beaten if she had to take a shower...there is a tub upstairs. Once again...just information to make an informed decision.
Overall, the unit was quite comfortable, and as I mentioned clean. Yes there are a few items in disrepair. Some are just signs of age, some are due to constant exposure to salt air. I think it's important for potential renters to understand that this isn't the Ritz, and that's OK. Realistic understanding of your accommodations avoids any potential issues when renting.
I would absolutely, 100% stay here again. No questions.
we had a great time and loved the condo . Lots of room to spread out. With 10 people no one was on top of one another . If I had a question the owner got back to me very quickly. Very close to everything .. If there was a negative it was my that my vacation wasn't long enough.
This vacation rental exceed our expectations!! The townhouse was clean and had great amount of room for me and my family (5 adults and 2 children). The complex also has a great pool. The rental had everything in the kitchen we needed and as an added bonus the neighbors and everyone we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The owner was also very helpful and easy to contact. We will definitely stay here again!
