About the property

You've heard the saying, “Home is where the heart is,” and corny as it is, we totally identify with this one. After just a few minutes in your stylish Stay Alfred in Downtown Denver, you may start to feel emotionally connected to it. And we don't blame you; with all the high-end, modern conveniences of home (or the home of your dreams), vintage-chic design elements, and a sunny, airy vibe, this loft is just asking to be loved. Your home away from home isn't just a place to sleep, but it will be a true highlight of your travel experience. If you're visiting the 303 for an important meeting, a girls' weekend, a high school reunion, or your kids' Spring Break, this spacious Stay Alfred is the perfect home base for exploring the best of the Mile-High City.

With two bedrooms and two full baths - oh, and one half bath! - you've got plenty of space to relax and make this Stay Alfred your own. The floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balcony show off the jaw-dropping, Insta-worthy view, and the convenient in-unit washer and dryer and full kitchen make this apartment truly feel like a home. The spacious layout ensures that you and your travel companions have plenty of privacy (hey, sharing isn't always caring) and comfortable sleeping arrangements. You have all of this completely to yourself during your Denver stay, so there's no reason to stay in a Denver vacation rental that's filled with a stranger's stuff when you can have a condo that's all your own.

Your 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Stay Alfred at Premier Lofts is home to:

King-size bed in the master bedroom, where you'll feel like the master (or mistress) of your Denver kingdom

Queen-size bed in the second bedroom for your travel companions

Queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room in case the bedroom seems too far away after a big dinner (or a few too many local craft brews)

A dining table just asking for a craft project, a long game of Cards Against Humanity, or a dinner in.

Breakfast bar in kitchen which is the perfect place to enjoy a Hi*Rise bagel (or two)

Balcony with view of downtown Denver and the 'burbs. It's also a great vantage point for people-watching.

Tall ceilings. Echoooo, echoooo!

Air conditioning, for those who like to keep it cool.

Washer and dryer in unit because it's inevitable that you'll spill something again on that white shirt.

Stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. Did we mention you're going to want to move in?

Complimentary, speedy WiFi. Yes, you'll have Instagram here. No need to panic.

Your Premier Lofts apartment sits in a building with some awesome amenities. When the weather is nice (which is usually is in Denver), you'll enjoy cooking up a picnic with your fresh farmer's market finds on the barbecue in the picnic area. We also recommend spending an afternoon on the 8th floor deck, where you'll find stunning mountain views, or on the outdoor patio where the lounge furniture is surrounded by those cute, twinkling string lights (can you say, “selfie time!”?). If outdoor time isn't your thing, or if you've gone overboard with the Hi*Rise bagels, step into the clean, fully-equipped fitness center to get your blood pumping or center yourself in the peaceful yoga studio. At the end of a day of adventures, you can wind down in the game room and become the most stylish of couch potatoes while watching the “wall” of TV's.

Building amenities include...

Fully-equipped fitness room and a zen yoga room where you can snap that selfie that shows you actually worked out on vacation

Artsy, eclectic decor featuring artwork from local artists. We love the stunning mural of downtown Denver (and it makes an awesome photo background!)

An awe-inspiring Rocky Mountain view from the 8th floor deck

Ivy-lined outdoor patio with comfy lounge furniture and sparkling market lights

Vintage billiards tables and several TV's in the game room. If you're traveling with kids (or adults who act like kids), this is likely where they will flock to

It's always good to have options, and in terms of Denver accommodation possibilities, we know you have a few. But why would you stay in a place that doesn't have high ceilings, features less stylish decor, or lacks all the modern, convenient amenities of the home of your dreams?

We'll make this easy for you: this apartment has it all. From the spacious two bedroom floorplan with two full bathrooms and one half bath to the incredible city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows to the swanky stainless steel kitchen, what's not to love here? And you'll totally love the building, with local artwork and cozy common spaces. But, we know you want to be in the middle of the downtown Denver action, so the cherry on top of this Stay Alfred at Premier Lofts is its prime location! Within just a few minutes on foot of attractions for everyone (kids, grandparents, pets, Rockies fans, etc.), your Denver experience will be exponentially more enjoyable when you make your home base at Premier Lofts.

The Ballpark neighborhood is just a stone's throw from the eclectic River North Arts District (RiNo, if you want to sound local), the Denver Central Market (foodie heaven!), Union Station, Coors Field, and several parks and shopping areas. Union Station's transit hub connects you to Denver's train and bus network that will take you anywhere you need to go, and if the sun is shining, you can rent a BCycle and spin around the city in style.

If Denver is the Mile-High City, then we can come up with a mile-long list of restaurant and activity recommendations for you to try while enjoying your stay. But, ain't nobody got time for that! Let's cut to the chase; here are our top five favorite hidden gems, all within walking distance, so you know you've earned every bite:

Hi*Rise Bakery - If your morning consists of a hurried shower and a mad dash out of your apartment, without a thought given to breakfast, we'll keep this quick because maybe you're also in a hurry to do something right now - if you need a quick, hearty breakfast, Hi*Rise is your spot. The bread experts here “dough” not mess around, crafting their bagels and a plethora of pastries from scratch every morning.

3-minute walk (possibly less if you're running) from your Premier Lofts doorstep

Snooze - A morning Snooze, in this case, is a big win. Whoever coined “you snooze, you lose” certainly hadn't devoured a breakfast pot pie oozing with rosemary gravy, a seared hanger steak eggs Benedict, steaming sweet potato pancakes, or their house-made granola. No matter which side of the bed you wake up on, Snooze will make things right.

3-minute walk from your comfy bed

Butcher's Bistro - Possibly Denver's best farm-to-table restaurants (they've even won awards), Butcher's Bistro serves up no ordinary food. In fact, they specialize in “food with ingrity,” sourced from high-quality, local farms. Dine in and enjoy their steak frites or juicy burger, or pop into their butchery and take a cut of your choice home to sear on the barbecue.

3-minute walk in the Ballpark neighborhood

Biju's Little Curry Shop - Biju's is your spot when your stomach says you need food now, but your mind wants to go on a culinary journey. Take your taste buds on a trip to Southern India while keeping your feet firmly planted on Colorado soil, and dig in to one of Biju's Extra Hot Vindaloo Chicken or Masala Beef bowls. If the heat gets to you, cool things down with a homemade Mango Lassi. Ahhhh...

7-minute walk in the River North Arts District

Tupelo Honey - If Southerners are serious about anything, it would be food, and Tupelo Honey is no exception. With dishes so tasty your mama could have made them (but don't tell her that!), you'll wonder if you were somehow transported to the bayou between placing your order and taking that first bite. Start off with some skillet cornbread, then try to decide between the blackberry-habanero ribs, the shrimp and grits, or the cauliflower steak. Pro tip: everything is delicious here. Bring a group so you can steal some bites off their plates.

About Stay Alfred

Hi, friend. Traveling can be such a grind, can't it? Plane rides wrinkle your limited supply of clean clothes. Hotel beds double as chairs for a cramped business meeting or family gathering. And the normal vacation rental closets bulge with other people's ... who knows what. Or worse yet, who knows who. There's a better way to stay.

Located in our cities' most vibrant neighborhoods and desirable buildings, your Stay Alfred is your home away from home, where you can relax and recharge your batteries (figuratively, of course, but literally, too), invite family or colleagues to gather, cook a meal in your fully equipped kitchen and even replenish your precious supply of clean socks in your in-unit washer and dryer. And, the only thing you'll find in our closets are fresh linens and all of the kitchen conveniences you'd ever need.

It's our mission to help you feel at home while you travel. Stay Alfred is… Your place in the city.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

The location is excellent, close to Coors field and a lot of good bars and restaurants. There's a CitiBike rack outside the property and you can get pretty much anywhere in downtown on a bike in minutes. The gym is very nice and well appointed. The room was clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location but condo had several letdowns.

  • 3 of 5

Condo was in great location. The floors, kitchen and furniture were updated and great. Other areas that fell short were the ice maker did not work. There were several light bulbs not working. The main bathroom toilet seat was half off. There were no big pots and very minimal cooking essentials. The main disappointment was the lack of noise proof of the windows. The windows looked old and maybe single pane and did not block any of the noise of the busy street below. I would recommend to the owner to replace the windows with a triple pane product that insulates the sounds of the outside elements.

great but misleading

  • 3 of 5

I found my stay at the Loft's great for me and my party. However, i though i paid for a room with a balcony and that was just not the case. I suggest removing the balcony amenity from the listing. A Juliet balcony is not the same and I didnt realize i was paying for that.

I also noticed a customer service charge on my account when I called VRBO, Not a reflection of the rental just a very BIZARRE charge when i was paying so much to begin with

Owner's Response: Hi Gregory, Thank you for your feedback. We strive to meet, if not exceed, our guests experience each and every time. And, input like this will help us do that! Our intent was never to mislead you. We have multiple units at Premier Lofts and you are correct that some have Juliet balconies versus full balconies. We will be reviewing our listings and updating accordingly. Again, thank you for the feedback and we hope you will consider staying with us in the future in any of our cities. Have a wonderful day.

We got robbed and intrusions every day of the trip.

  • 1 of 5

We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the worst one we have been in. We went to breakfast and came back to items missing. We thought we may have misplaced things but still called the owner and building manager letting them know our things were gone and we needed the door code changed. The next day we went to breakfast and came back to a maintenance guy in our room saying he was there to fix a fan but there were no fans. We held him in the room and called the building manager and they said he had a work order. They sent it to us and it was from a month before and very open on the address and other items. At this point we know we were robbed and it was a inside job. We requested no one come in our room and the next day we came back and there was another work order on the counter. This was the icing on the cake it was to fix ice machine but we have been using the ice machine the entire trip, once again just a total intrusion. We would never recommend this condo to anyone. It makes us question ever staying in a rental again. So to say the least our entire trip was ruined and we no longer will feel comfortable in a rental owned by someone else. Totally unprofessional and the company knew we got robbed and never even requested to make things right.
