Really lovely house in a great location

We have just returned from a nice stay at this lovely house.It was everything we wanted. The house was very clean with fully equipped kitchen and the residential area was extremely quiet. We had breakfast outside on the table every morning, watching our kids playing on the beach. It was perfect and we would highly recommend this rental property !

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche zu dritt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Toller Blick zum Meer aus 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer. Nachts das Rauschen des Meeres und gleichzeitig das Zirpen der Zikaden. Dann gegen Abend auf der Veranda der Duft von Jasmin. Die Verglasung der Veranda konnten wir getrost während des gesamten Aufenthalts offen lassen, weil das Wetter super war. Wir nutzten auch die Möglichkeit mit dem vorhandenen Holzkohlegrill zu grillen. Aus dem kleinen Garten oder aus der Haustür heraus erreicht man mit wenigen Schritten Pool Strand und das gemütliche Strandrestaurant mit unserem Lieblingskellner Abel. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen. Wir fühlten uns super wohl in diesem Haus und werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Prima. geweldige ligging. Alles aanwezig. Huis heeft wat onderhoud nodig .

Super ligging. Prima ruim huis. Mooie tuin. Schone zwembaden. Veel muggen in juni. Huis heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. Schilderwerk. Kitnaden badkamers. Rolgordijn slaapkamer heel vies. Maar over het hele gezien een prima huis met perfect logging.

Estuvimos estupendamente en la casa. Fuimos 6 adultos y dos niños y todo perfecto. La terraza y el jardín se disfrutan muchísimo

Enclosed residence, secured 24 hours per day, fine sandy beach with dunes, four golf courses on the surroundings: Río Real, Santa Clara, Marbella Club within a 3 kilometre radius. It is possible to practice tennis and paddle in Club el Casco.

Golf: The Monteros area has an important amount of 18 hole golf courses, of which we highlight Rio Real (for its path amongst trees and with wide streets where the player feels more relaxed if the game is not regular because it allows not so good strokes), Santa Clara (new and big course with slopes, very pleasant to complete with buggy, some holes stand out for their height), Marbella Club (noble course, interesting holes between Holm oaks, difficult course but with loads of beauty), Santa María (18 holes, easy itinerary if your stokes are straight, friendly course that you cannot miss, you will love it). In the first 3 previous golf courses, the distance from the house is 10 min, 6 min, and 12 min away respectively by car. Santa Maria's is 16 min away. It is really close for the golf lovers.
