Really lovely house in a great location

We have just returned from a nice stay at this lovely house.It was everything we wanted. The house was very clean with fully equipped kitchen and the residential area was extremely quiet. We had breakfast outside on the table every morning, watching our kids playing on the beach. It was perfect and we would highly recommend this rental property !

Casa maravillosa muy recomendable

Hemos estado en esta casa una semana y nos ha encantado por la situación a 5 min de Marbella pueblo, en una urbanización muy familiar y tranquila, con vistas increíbles al mar y con un chiringuito estupendo.

Sitio perfecto para descansar y desconecta.

Casa muy cómoda, está totalmente equipada para sentirte como en tu propia casa. Gracias Antonio por todo.

Belle location, tres agreable , belle vue mer

maison agreable a vivre, tres proche de la mer et super vue, plage agreable. Un petit restaurant sur la plage a 20 metre, parfait pour boire un verre sur la plage ou diner. Nous y etions en fevrier, donc tres calme a cette saison (ce qui nous allait bien).

Pas de commerce a proximité, ni boulangerie... Voiture indispensable donc.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine, l'acceuil sur place de paula etait parfait.

Seul petit bemol, le prix de la location que nous avons trouvé un peu cher tout de meme pour la saison (1000 euros debut fevrier)

perfect stay

We had a great time at this well maintained holiday home and complex. The sea is right at the door step which justifies the rental price.

Wifi and Spanish TV available. Thanks to the contact person Paula who looked after us very well.

As there is no supermarket nearby a car is needed. We found car rental at the airport a rip off. YELLOW CARS delivered us a car with fully comp insurance to the house at a quarter of the price that we would have paid at airport. They are based at the airport and in Marbella.

In essence we had a lovely and relaxing holiday and would come here again.

great stay with 8 people

We had a wonderful time in a very nice house. We were with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). Especially the location at the beach was beautiful and for the children great to play.

Enclosed residence, secured 24 hours per day, fine sandy beach with dunes, four golf courses on the surroundings: Río Real, Santa Clara, Marbella Club within a 3 kilometre radius. It is possible to practice tennis and paddle in Club el Casco.

Golf: The Monteros area has an important amount of 18 hole golf courses, of which we highlight Rio Real (for its path amongst trees and with wide streets where the player feels more relaxed if the game is not regular because it allows not so good strokes), Santa Clara (new and big course with slopes, very pleasant to complete with buggy, some holes stand out for their height), Marbella Club (noble course, interesting holes between Holm oaks, difficult course but with loads of beauty), Santa María (18 holes, easy itinerary if your stokes are straight, friendly course that you cannot miss, you will love it). In the first 3 previous golf courses, the distance from the house is 10 min, 6 min, and 12 min away respectively by car. Santa Maria's is 16 min away. It is really close for the golf lovers.
